The Blues have signed Alexei Toropchenko to a one-year, two way contract (NHL $750K | AHL $100K)
Toropchenko made his NHL debut on December 14th in Dallas and has played in five games for the Blues this season. The 2017 fourth-round pick has spent most of the season in the AHL, where he has seven goals and five assists (12 points) in 32 games for Springfield.
The Rangers have activated Adam Fox (upper-body) from IR.
Fox missed the final three games before the All-Star break but was activated from IR on Wednesday, suggesting he'll play in the Rangers' next game. New York is off for the rest of this week, so look for him to play next Tuesday vs. the Bruins.
Palmieri (personal) will not play on Wednesday.
Palmieri was placed on the non-roster paternity list and will miss Wednesday's game in Vancouver. Palmieri will re-join the team in Edmonton and is expected to be available for Friday's game.
Robertson missed Tuesday's practice with an eye infection.
Robertson was on the ice for Monday's practice but was sent home on Tuesday to treat his eye. According to head coach Rick Bowness, Robertson is expected to play on Wednesday, but monitor his status as the Stars hit the ice for their morning skate.

Foligno missed four games with an upper-body injury but will play Tuesday vs. the Penguins. Folgino will sub back into the lineup on the fourth line, replacing Anton Blidh.
Dvorak (upper-body) will not return to the lineup on Tuesday.
Despite being a full participant in Monday's practice and taking part in Tuesday's morning skate, Dvorak will not play vs. the Devils. Laurent Dauphin will skate on the third line with Dvorak still out.

The Kraken have claimed Austin Czarnik off of waivers from the Islanders.
Czarnik has scored two goals with three assists (five points) in 11 games with the Islanders this season. The 29-year-old forward has 43 points (15G / 28A) in 136 career games with the Bruins, Flames and Islanders.

Brassard (hip) is expected to return to the Flyers lineup on Wednesday.
Brassard has missed the last 11 games with a hip injury but is set to be available for Wednesday's game vs. the Red Wings. Brassard's season has been crushed by injury but has picked up 11 points (4G / 7A) in 19 games this season.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
