Monahan will undergo hip surgery and miss the final four games of the season.

Monahan has had an extremely disappointing season, scoring just 10 goals with 18 assists (28 points) in 50 games. Playing through a hip injury could help explain some of his inconsistencies throughout the season. The final four games are completely meaningless, so shutting him down now ensures he'll be ready for the start of the 2022 season.

Foligno (upper-body) is expected to play on Wednesday.

Foligno has missed the last two games with an upper-body injury but is expected to play in Ottawa on Wednesday. Foligno was originally listed as a game-time decision on Tuesday but reportedly responded well after yesterday's practice. He skated with John Tavares and William Nylander in practice but has played primarily with Auston Matthew and Mitch Marner to this point, so it's unclear who he will skate with tonight.

Nick Foligno
Anisimov will draw into the Senators lineup on Wednesday.

Anisimov has not played since April 8th but will replace Colin White (undisclosed) in the lineup on Wednesday. Anisimov has scored two goals with six assists (eight points) in 18 games in 2021. At 32-years-old, Wednesday could be the final NHL game for Anisimov.

Artem Anisimov
Tierney will be scratched on Wednesday.

Tierney has appeared in all 55 games this season but will be scratched in the season finale vs. the Maple Leafs. Tierney has been ice-cold lately, scoring just one goal with one assist in his last 12 games. Logan Brown will make his NHL debut replacing Tierney in the Senators' bottom-6.

Chris Tierney
Kelly will make his NHL debut on Wednesday.

Kelly was an undrafted free agent signing out of the WHL (Prince Albert) who has scored seven goals with five assists (12 points) in 28 games this season. On Wednesday he will skate with Logan Brown and Alex Formenton on the Senators' fourth line.

Parker Kelly
The Blackhawks have signed Henrik Borgström to a two-year deal worth $2.0 million ($1.0M AAV).

Borgström was a first-round pick (No.23 overall) in 2016 and was traded to Chicago in the deal that sent Lucas Wallmark and Lucas Carlsson to the Panthers. Borgström spent the 2021 season in Finland, where he had 11 goals and 10 assists (21 points) in 30 games. In 58 career NHL games with Florida, the 23-year-old has tallied nine goals and 10 assists (19 points).

Henrik Borgstrom
Toninato will make his Jets debut on Tuesday.

Toninato has appeared in 85 career NHL games with the Avalanche and Panthers, scoring five goals with nine assists. Toninato has only played in three games this season, scoring three goals with the Manitoba Moose (AHL). Toninato will replace Jansen Harkins and skate on the fourth line.
