Samsonov has enjoyed a historic start to his Maple Leafs' career winning all four of his starts (4-0-0) while putting up an impressive .938 SV% and currently ranking fifth in GAA (1.73). His Maple Leafs will go on the road to face the Vegas Golden Knights who lost their last game 3-2 against Colorado.

Stalock is coming off his third straight victory after he stopped 29 of 31 shots (.935 SV%) in a 4-2 win over Florida Tuesday. The 35-year-old has been one of the best stories in the NHL early on, posting a .938 SV% and 2.09 GAA to go along with his 3-1-0 record. He will take on the high-scoring Edmonton Oilers who rank eighth in the NHL in GF/GP (3.57) and have won three of their last four games.

Thompson stopped 22 of 25 shots in his second straight losing effort Saturday as he was knocked off by the Colorado Avalanche 3-2. The rookie has enjoyed a strong season so far with a .926 SV%, 2.30 GAA and one shutout on the year. His Golden Knights will host the Toronto Maple Leafs Monday who are coming off two straight victories and will be looking to improve on their 21st best GF/GP (3.0) across the NHL.

Roos will hit the press box as a healthy scratch when Chicago host Florida Tuesday. In four games so far in 2022-23, the defenseman has zero points with a +2 plus/minus rating so far.

Caleb Jones returns to the Blackhawks lineup to replace Filip Roos on Tuesday. Jones will return after missing his second game of the early season in Chicago's 5-4 win over Seattle Sunday. Through three games this season he is averaging 16:59 TOI while yet to collect his first point of the campaign.

Brisebois has been called up for the winless Canucks after it was announced Monday that Tucker Poolman would be placed on the injured reserve. Brisebois has played 10 career games in the NHL, yet to collect his first points while getting a -5 plus/minus in his previous three NHL stints prior to Mondays call up.

Poolman was a game-time decision earlier Monday before getting placed on the injured reserve due to an undisclosed injury. It is a tough loss for the struggling Canucks who are the only NHL team yet to win so far in 2022-23. Poolman had one assist through his first three games prior to the injury.

Stalock will be looking for his third straight win in as many Blackhawk games as he takes the crease Tuesday against the Panthers on home ice. The veteran has enjoyed his return to the NHL in 2022-23 after missing all of last year due to injury, posting a career-best .938 SV% and 2.14 GAA so far through his first three games. He will face the tough task of taking on the 4-1-1 Florida Panthers who are coming off a 3-2 win over NYI Saturday.
