Mayo will sit for the first time in 2022-23 as he finds himself a healthy scratch Tuesday. He has struggled through five games, collecting zero points and a -5 plus/minus while playing only 17:16 TOI per night.

Ingram struggled in his only start of the season, allowing five goals on 29 shots (.828 SV%) in a 6-2 loss to the Montreal Canadiens. He takes on a Blue Jackets team Tuesday that is coming off a big 5-1 victory over the New York Rangers on Sunday and will be welcoming the return of superstar winger Patrick Laine.

Jakub Lauko is the odd Bruin out as Brandon Carlo returned from the injured reserve Tuesday, sending Lauko to the Providence Bruins of the AHL. Through the first four games of 2022-23 in the NHL, Lauko has one assist and is a +1 rating.

Comrie is coming off his second straight 40+ save performance after stopping 40 of 43 shots in a 6-3 victory over Calgary last Thursday. He has been enjoying a sensational start to his Buffalo career, posting a .930 SV% to go along with his 2-1-0 record. He takes on the Seattle Kraken who lost 5-4 to the Chicago Blackhawks their last time out Sunday.

Bonino missed the Sharks' last game Sunday vs. the Flyers due to an upper-body injury. The same injury will keep him out Tuesday with hopes to return Thursday when they take on the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Sharks' assistant captain has no points through seven games while collecting a -4 plus/minus rating.

Vasilevskiy won his last start in a 36 save (.947 SV%) 3-2 victory over the Florida Panthers last Friday. After leading the NHL in wins the last five seasons, he has been his usual strong self in 2022-23, posting a .922 SV% along with a 2.52 GAA while winning two of his first four starts. He faces a Los Angeles Kings team that struggles to keep pucks out of their own net, ranking 29th in the NHL in goals allowed per game (4.43).

Reimer is coming off a 30-save shutout his last time out as the Sharks beat the Flyers 3-0 Sunday night. He is having a strong start to his 2022-23 season, ranking eighth in the NHL in SV% (.933) while posting a 2.21 GAA. They will take on the Pacific-leading Vegas Golden Knights who rank 10th in the NHL in SOG per game (34.1) and are coming off a 3-1 victory to Toronto last night.

Gourde missed the Krakens previous game due to personal reasons but will be back in the lineup Tuesday after taking line rushes in practice. Through six games he has zero points to start his 2022-23 after finishing 2021-22 with 21 goals and 48 points.

Jones allowed five goals on 27 shots (.815 SV%) as the Kraken lost 5-4 to the Chicago Blackhawks in his previous start Sunday. He has struggled in his first five games since joining the Kraken during the offseason, allowing a 3.91 GAA along with a .860 SV%. Jones should see the majority of the Krakens starts going forward after it was announced Philipp Grubauer was placed on the injured reserve Tuesday.

Quick stopped 28 of 32 shots (.875 SV%) in a losing effort his last time out as the Kings dropped a tight game 4-3 to the Washington Capitals. The 36-year-old has struggled this season, allowing a 3.94 GAA while putting up a .889 SV% on way to a 1-3-0 record. He takes on a Tampa Bay team at home who is coming off their second straight victory with a 5-3 win over NYI on Saturday.

Bobvorsky enters Tuesday after losing his last start in overtime allowing three goals on 32 shots (.906 SV%) as the Panthers were downed by Tampa Bay. He has enjoyed a strong start to the season so far, getting the Panthers points in three of his four starts (2-1-1) while posting a .916 SV% and 2.78 GAA. He shouldn't face a ton of shots Tuesday as the Blackhawks rank 30th in the NHL in SOG per game (25.0) but have won their last three games scoring 4 or more goals in each victory.

Philipp Grubauer's nightmarish season continued Tuesday as the Seattle Kraken placed him on injured reserve with a lower-body injury. There is no timetable for the 30-year-old netminder's return. He was struggling prior to the injury, losing both his starts while posting a .860 SV% and 3.77 GAA. Joey Daccord was recalled from the AHL in a corresponding move.

Danforth suffered the upper-body injury in Columbus' 6-3 loss over Pittsburgh Saturday. He was not in the lineup for their 5-1 victory against the New York Rangers on Sunday. He is expected to miss approximately six months as he recovers from surgery for a torn labrum. It is very unfortunate news as the 29-year-old was enjoying a nice start to the season as he had two goals and three points off 10 shots in six games played for the Blue Jackets.

The Blues announced that they've signed Pitlick to a one-year deal and placed Pavel Buchnevich (undisclosed) on IR to make room for him. Pitlick had one goal and four assists (five points) in 39 games with the Flames and Canadiens last season.

Buchnevich has not played since the Blues season opener on October 15th where he had a strong first game, collecting a goal and an assist to go along with a +3 plus/minus rating. The Blues confirmed Tuesday he was placed on the injured reserve due to a lower-body injury. The Blues will hope to have their star winger back sooner rather than later as he has 78 points (31G/47A) in 74 career games with St.Louis.

Markstrom stopped 25 of 27 shots (.926 SV%) in an impressive 3-2 overtime victory over Carolina his last time out. He has struggled so far in 2022-23 despite having an undefeated record (3-0-0) as he has a .882 SV% and 2.93 GAA. They will face the Pittsburgh Penguins team who are coming off their first regulation loss Monday as they were doubled down by the Oilers 6-3.

Head coach Jared Bednar confirmed Tuesday morning that Devon Toews would return to the Avalanche lineup after missing the last two games due to an undisclosed injury. Through four games so far this season, he has three assists with four SOG while averaging 21:03 TOI.

Georgiev returns to New York for a revenge game after winning his last outing Sunday off a strong 33-save effort (.943 SV%) in a 3-2 victory over the Vegas Golden Knights. The Avs netminder has yet to lose in regulation (3-0-1) in his brief Colorado career while producing an average .908 SV% and 2.75 GAA for the 3-2-1 Avalanche. They will head to New York to take on a Rangers team that lost 5-1 to Columbus their last time out but loves to get pucks on net as they rank seventh in the NHL in SOG (35.3).

van Riemsdyk suffered a hand injury in the first period of Sunday's loss to the Sharks, and it will require surgery. The Flyers did not release a timetable for van Riemsdyk's return. Expect Owen Tippett (upper-body) to replace him in the lineup on Thursday.
