Forsberg will start Tuesday vs. the Bruins.

Forsberg will man the crease for his third straight start as the winless Ottawa Senators host division leaders and rivals, Boston Bruins at home Tuesday. Forsberg will hope for a little more offensive support as the Senators have three goals through their first two games. He'll look to keep his strong .924 SV% start going as he hopes to collect his first win of the 2022-23 season.

Jake McCabe is expected to make his season debut Friday vs Detroit

McCabe was medically cleared early Tuesday by the Chicago Blackhawks indicating the 29-year-old will make his season debut Friday against the Detroit Red Wings. The 10-year veteran sits just one point shy of the 100-point plateau (99 Pts) in his career, with 428 games played under his belt.

Comrie will start Tuesday in Edmonton.

Comrie gets his second start in as many games after losing a tight 4-3 battle to Florida his last time out on the back of a 33-save effort. He will look to get the 1-1-0 Sabres back in the win column after they won their opening night showdown against Ottawa last week.

Iafallo suffered a lower-body injury in Monday's overtime win in Detroit. Moving him to IR means that he will miss at least seven days (three games). The Kings have not provided a timetable on how long he's expected to be sidelined. Look for Arthur Kaliyev to replace him in the lineup on Tuesday.

Jacob Moverare has been called up from the Ontario Reign of the AHL.

The 24-year-old Defenseman gets the call-up to the Los Angeles Kings as Alex Iafallo was placed on IR early Tuesday. Moverare is expected to be an extra defenseman in Nashville on Tuesday. So far in 2021-22, he has zero points through his first two games with Ontario in the AHL prior to the call-up, collecting a -3 plus/minus rating. Through 19 career NHL games, he has two assists and 15 SOG.

Markus Niemeläinen will draw into the Oilers lineup Tuesday vs. Buffalo

The 24-year-old defenseman will get his first taste of NHL action this season after collecting one assist in the first 20 games of his career in 2021-22 with the Oilers. He will be brought in as a seventh defenceman for the Oilers' battle against Buffalo.

Derek Ryan will not be in the Oilers' lineup Tuesday vs Buffalo (Healthy Scratch)

Ryan will take a seat as Markus Niemelainen draws into the Oilers' lineup Tuesday. Ryan has struggled in two games this season, collecting only one shot while averaging only 9:30 ATOI.

Petersen draws his second start of the season as the 2-2-0 Kings head to Nashville to take on the equal-in-record Predators on the road. Petersen won his opening start Saturday albeit playing incredibly shakey stopping 29 of 35 shots on way to a 7-6 victory over the Minnesota Wild.

Markstrom will start Tuesday vs. the Golden Knights.

Markstrom draws back into the Flames crease Tuesday as they host the Vegas Golden Knights in a battle of the undefeated in Calgary. Markstrom stopped 22 of 25 shots in an impressive opening-night win over the Colorado Avalanche. He will look to keep the Flames in the win column yet again against a Vegas team that has only given up five goals in their first three games.
