Shore was originally a second-round pick of the Panthers in 2009 and has been in Switzerland and Russia since 2018. The 30-year old will make his Hurricanes debut, replacing Max McCormick on Sunday. Shore has 26 points (9G / 17A) in 94 career NHL games.
