Rinne led the Predators onto the ice for warmups.

Rinne allowed two goals on eight shots after replacing Juuse Saros in the Predators' blowout loss in Dallas last Friday. Through two appearances, Rinne has surrendered five goals on just 31 shots (.839 SV%), so he'll look to get on-track tonight vs. the Blackhawks. Chicago had a slow start to the season but the offence found life in a two-game set with the lowly Red Wings over the weekend.

Pekka Rinne
Koskinen led the Oilers onto the ice for warmups.

Koskinen allowed three goals on 38 shots in the Oilers win in Winnipeg on Sunday. Koskinen continues to be a workhorse for the Oilers, as he's expected to make his eighth consecutive start on Tuesday. The 32-year-old netminder has gone 3-4-0 with a 3.18 GAA and .907 SV% in his first seven appearances, including 2-1-0 with a 2.36 GAA and .924 SV% on the road so far.

Mikko Koskinen
Petersen led the Kings onto the ice for warmups.

Petersen allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Kings loss in St. Louis on Saturday. Petersen has lost each of his two starts this season while allowing six goals on 53 shots (.887 SV%) but it appears as if the Kings will trust him to take on a decent sized workload in the condensed season. Tonight he faces a Wild team that is 4-2-0, including two wins over the Kings to kick-off the season.

Cal Petersen
Rask led the Bruins onto the ice for warmups.

Rask allowed four goals on 26 shots in the Bruins shootout win over the Flyers last Thursday. With Jaroslav Halak starting Saturday, expect Rask to make his fourth start Tuesday vs. the Penguins. The veteran netminder has opened the season at 2-1-0 with a 2.23 GAA and .892 SV%. The Bruins have been stout defensively, so Rask should be a solid option whenever he gets the nod.

Tuukka Rask
Vanecek led the Capitals onto the ice for warmups.

Vanecek allowed three goals on 48 shots in the Capitals' shootout loss to Buffalo on Sunday. With Ilya Samsonov still in COVID-19 protocol, Vanecek is expected to make his fourth straight start on Tuesday. Vanecek has played well so far, going 2.87 GAA and .912 SV% in his first four starts of the season.

Vitek Vanecek
Varlamov led the Islanders onto the ice for warmups.

Varlamov stopped 30 of 31 shots in the Islanders' win over the Devils last Thursday. With Ilya Sorokin struggling again on Sunday, Varlamov is likely to start for the fourth time in six games on Tuesday. He's been the best goalie in the NHL through three starts, going 3-0-0 with a 0.33 GAA, .988 SV% and two shutouts.

Semyon Varlamov
Ullmark led the Sabres onto the ice for warmups.

Ullmark allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Sabres' shootout win in Washington on Sunday. After going 1-1-1 with a 2.55 GAA and .905 SV% in his first three starts, it looks like Ullmark will face someone other than the Capitals on Tuesday night. The Rangers come in struggling, opening the season at 1-3-1 while averaging 2.60 goals for per game.

Linus Ullmark
Wedgewood will start Tuesday vs. the Flyers.

Wedgewood stopped all 28 shots that he faced in the Devils' shutout win over the Islanders on Sunday. It was a terrific bounce-back performance from Wedgewood, who struggled a bit in his season debut a few nights prior. Tonight he'll face a Flyers team that is dealing with a few injuries and have lost three of their last four games.

Scott Wedgewood
Lehtonen will draw back into the Maple Leafs lineup on Tuesday.

Lehtonen has been a healthy scratch for the last two games but will replace Travis Dermott in the lineup on Tuesday. Lehtonen averaged just 7:38 TOI in his first two NHL games but he dressed as a seventh D-man in those instances--he should see more usage on Tuesday.

Mikko Lehtonen
Spezza will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday.

Spezza has played in the first seven games of the season and even recorded an assist in each of his last two games but will be scratched on Tuesday. With Spezza sitting, Travis Boyd will make his Maple Leafs debut on Tuesday.

Jason Spezza
Anderson will make his Maple Leafs debut on Tuesday.

Anderson was acquired from the Devils this offseason in a trade that sent Andreas Johnsson the other way. After sitting as a healthy scratch for the first seven games of the season, Anderson will replace Alexander Barabanov on the fourth line on Tuesday. Anderson has 13 points (8G / 5A) in 52 career NHL games.

Joey Anderson
Campbell will miss a "weeks" with a leg injury.

Campbell was shaken up late in Sunday's win over the Flames after Matthew Tkachuk landed on his leg. Head coach Sheldon Keefe delivered the bad news on Tuesday, announcing that his No.2 netmidner will miss a couple of "weeks." With Campbell out, Michael Hutchinson will serve as Frederik Andersen's backup for the foreseeable future.
