The Hurricanes acquired Tarmo Reunanen from the Rangers for Maxim Letunov.
Reunanen was a fourth-round pick (No.98 overall) in 2016 and has scored two goals with 15 assists (17 points) in 40 games with Hartford (AHL) this season. Reunanen will report to Chicago (AHL).

Letunov was a second-round pick (No.52 overall) in 2014 and has scored 13 goals with 10 assists (23 points) in 60 games with the Chicago Wolves (AHL) this season. He will report to Hartford (AHL).

Lizotte was not on the ice for the Kings' morning skate and will not play vs. the Kraken. Lias Andersson will draw into the lineup to replace him on the fourth line.
Bear (lower-body) will not play Monday in Washington.
Bear was not on the ice for Monday's morning skate and will not play against the Capitals. Bear, who is listed as day-to-day, will be replaced by Brendan Smith on the Hurricanes' third pair.

Johnson has missed the last six games with a concussion that he suffered in Ottawa on March 12th. Johnson will likely replace Reese Johnson in the lineup.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
