Bastian picked up an injury in Sunday's loss to the Islanders and will not play Tuesday against the Rangers. Michael McLeod is expected to be back in the lineup to replace him in the Devils' bottom-6.

Hughes suffered a lower-body injury in a knee-on-knee collision with Oliver Wahlstrom on Sunday. Hughes was not on the ice for Tuesday's morning skate and the Devils announced he underwent some imaging and an update on his status will come later today. Miles Wood is expected to be back in the lineup to replace Hughes on Tuesday.


Pastrnak got tangled up in Monday's game in Columbus and left the game with an undisclosed injury. Pastrnak did not return to the game and will not play Tuesday in Detroit. With Pastrnak and Trent Frederic (upper-body) both out, two of Marc McLaughlin, Jack Studnicka and/or Anton Blidh will draw into the Bruins' lineup.

MacDermid is a rugged defenseman, who can also suit up at forward for the Avalanche in a pinch. He provides almost nothing offensively, posting just 22 points (8G / 14A) in 171 career NHL games, but brings toughness and flexibility to the Avalanche lineup.

MacEwen suffered a head injury in a fight with Wayne Simmonds on Saturday and will miss his second straight game on Tuesday. He is considered day-to-day.

Seeler suffered a lower-body injury vs. the Maple Leafs on Saturday and could miss the rest of the season. Seeler was replaced by Kevin Connauton on Sunday but Keith Yandle will re-claim that spot on Tuesday.




Laughton has missed the last 12 games with a concussion but is "excited to play" Tuesday vs. the Blue Jackets. Laughton, who has 13 points (5G / 8A) in his last 15 games, will centre a line with Travis Konecny and Noah Cates.

Ennis suffered an upper-body injury against the Red Wings on Sunday and will not play on Tuesday. Parker Kelly was recalled from the AHL on Tuesday to replace Ennis in the bottom-6.

Kelly, who will be playing in his first NHL game since March 16th, will replace Tyler Ennis in the lineup in Montreal. Kelly has scored five goals with one assist while averaging just 9:41 TOI/gm in 27 games with Ottawa this season.

Gallagher has been sidelined by a lower-body injury since March 17th but is set to play Tuesday vs. the Senators. It's unclear who he will skate with but he enters play with just five goals and nine assists (14 points) in 43 games this season.
