Rask will start Wednesday vs. the Canadiens.

Rask allowed two goals on 19 shots in the Bruins loss in Detroit on Sunday. Rask was not scheduled to start but replaced Jaroslav Halak, who was hurt in warmups. Rask is a stellar 12-0-6 with a 2.07 GAA and .930 SV% on home ice this season and is 1-1-0 while stopping 54 of 60 shots (.900 SV%) in two games vs. the Canadiens.

Tuukka Rask
Nordstrom is expected to be back in the Bruins lineup on Wednesday.

Nordstrom missed the last four games with an allergy-related issue but is set to return tonight vs. the Canadiens. Nordstrom has seven points (4G / 3A) in 39 games this season and is not a fantasy option on the Bruins fourth line.

Joakim Nordstrom
Kucherov left Tuesday's game with a lower-body injury and did not return.

Kucherov got tangled up with Jack Johnson late in the second period and limped to the bench and down the tunnel. Kucherov did not return for the third period and head coach Jon Cooper did not have an update post-game. Consider Kucherov day-to-day with a lower-body injury until they release more information.

Nikita Kucherov
Perlini was forced to leave Tuesday's game after being cut on the face by a skate.

Perlini was lucky to avoid serious damage as he escaped with a bruised orbital bone and stitches around his nose. Perlini's eyes were completely unharmed after being cut by Henri Jokiharju's skate. Perlini travelled with the team to New Jersey, where the Red Wings play Thursday.

Brendan Perlini
Bouwmeester was taken to hospital after suffering a cardiac episode on the bench on Tuesday.

Bouwmeester collapsed on the bench during a TV timeout in the first period of Tuesday's game in Anaheim. Bouwmeester was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was "conscious and alert." Bouwmeester will undergo further testing and the Blues are expected to release an update this morning. The Ducks-Blues came was postponed and will be made up at a later date.

Philipp Grubauer
Hogberg led the Senators onto the ice for warmups.

Hogberg stopped 11 of 12 shots after replacing Craig Anderson in the Senators loss in Winnipeg on Saturday afternoon. Hogberg continues to face a heavy workload each night and has gone 0-2-2 with a 3.14 GAA and .914 SV% in his last four starts. Andrei Vasilevskiy
The Oilers have signed Joakim Nygard to a one-year contract extension.

Nygard has scored three goals with six assists (nine points) in 33 games in his first season in North America. The 27-year-old speedster is currently sidelined with a broken bone is his hand but is obviously in the Oilers plans for 2021.
