Hellebuyck will start Sunday in Buffalo.

Hellebuyck surrendered four goals on 30 shots in the Jets loss in Philadelphia yesterday. Despite the disappointing result, the Jets will stick with Hellebuyck this afternoon in Buffalo. The Sabres have won three in a row on home ice while scoring 4.00 goals per game and Hellebuyck comes in at 12-8-2 with a 2.80 GAA and .919 SV% on the road.

Connor Hellebuyck
Rittich will start Sunday in Detroit.

Rittich was pulled after he allowed four goals on 15 shots in the Flames 8-4 loss to the Blackhawks on February 15th. Cam Talbot ended up starting the last two games but Rittich gets a chance to get back on track with a nice matchup in Detroit. He's lost his last two while giving up a combined eight goals but stopped 27 of 28 shots in a winning effort in his first start vs. the Red Wings.

David Rittich
The Devils have signed Julian Melchiori to a one-year contract worth $700K.

Melchiori has been with the Binghamton Devils (AHL) throughout the season but signs an NHL deal that takes him through the rest of the season. During his time with Binghamton, Melchiori has five goals and eight assists (13 points) in 54 games. He has two assists in 30 career NHL games, all with the Winnipeg Jets.

Julian Melchiori
Binnington will start Sunday in Minnesota.

Binnington stopped all 14 shots that he faced in the Blues shutout win over the Coyotes on Thursday. Binnington has posted back-to-back shutouts but he's only had to stop 31 shots to do so. He'll look to make it three in a row tonight in Minnesota. In his first start vs. the Wild, Binnington stopped 35 of 36 shots in a 2-1 win (Oct.30).

Jordan Binnington
Dubnyk starts Sunday vs. the Blues.

Dubnyk allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Wild's win in Vancouver on Wednesday. Alex Stalock has started four of the last five games but Dubnyk will get a chance tonight vs. the Blues. He's won two of his last three while posting a 2.62 GAA and .920 SV% and is 0-1-1 while allowing a combined six goals on 55 shots (.891 SV%) in two games vs. St. Louis this season.

Devan Dubnyk
Eakin is expected to make his Jets debut on Sunday.

Eakin was acquired from the Golden Knights on Friday and is expected to play Sunday in Buffalo. Head coach Paul Maurice said he will play centre but did not disclose which line he will play on. Eakin has scored four goals with six assists (10 points) in 41 games this season.

Cody Eakin

The Wild have recalled Gerald Mayhew from Iowa (AHL).

Mayhew has been terrific this season, leading the AHL in both goals (39) and points (61) and has also added two goals in seven NHL games. He comes up with Luke Kunin out at least 10-14 days but Ryan Donato will likely replace him in the lineup.

Gerald Mayhew
Kunin is expected to miss 10-to-14 days with an upper-body injury.

Kunin played 5:20 TOI in Edmonton on Friday but did not return to the bench for the second period. With Kunin out for at least one week, Gerald Mayhew was recalled prior to Sunday's game, but Ryan Donato will most likely replace him in the lineup.

Luke Kunin
The Wild have recalled Louis Belpedio from Iowa (AHL).

Carson Soucy is expected to miss one month with an upper-body injury, so Belpedio comes up and will likely serve as the seventh defenseman on Sunday. The 23-year-old has not appeared in an NHL game this season but has two assists in three career NHL games. He's also picked up five goals and 13 assists (18 points) in 55 AHL games this season.
