Allen gave up three goals on 39 shots in the Blues' loss in Columbus on November 15th. Jordan Binnington started the last four games but they'll get Allen a game on Monday night. The 29-year-old is 3-0-1 with a 2.93 GAA and .904 SV% in four road games this season and the Predators have surprisingly lost five in a row while scoring just 2.40 goals per game at home.
Dowling will not play Monday vs. the Golden Knights, so Roope Hintz will move up to the Stars top-line between Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin. Being listed as day-to-day make Dowling questionable to play Tuesday in Chicago.
Ritchie has missed six of the last eight games and will not travel on the Bruins two-game road-trip. Par Lindholm will draw back into the Bruins lineup to replace Ritchie.
Bergeron's lower-body issue continues to linger and will cost him at least two more games. The injury didn't seem to slow him down at all, as he picked up five assists and seven shots in two games since returning from a two-game absence. David Krejci will be back on the top line and Charlie Coyle will be back on PP1 with Bergeron out.
Veronneau played in three straight games but was largely ineffective, so he'll come out and Mikael Boedker will draw in vs. the Blue Jackets. Boedker has been a healthy scratch a lot this year, so don't be surprised if Veronneau replaces him on Wednesday.
Boedker has been chilling in the luxury box for the last nine games but will play in an actual hockey game on Monday. The veteran winger, who has one assist in five games this season, will replace Max Veronneau on the fourth line.
Rask allowed four goals on 36 shots in the Bruins win over the Wild on Saturday. Rask quickly bounced-back from a three-game losing skid by winning four straight while stopping 122 of 131 shots (.931 SV%). In his first start against the Senators, Rask stopped 30 of 32 shots in a 5-2 win (Nov.2).
Edler was forced to leave Saturday's game in Washington but was on the ice for Monday's morning skate and is expected to play in Philadelphia. Edler leads the Canucks in ice-time (23:54 ATOI) while posting 15 points (4G / 11A) but has had a hard time staying out of the box (34 PIMS) in 24 games this season.
Demko surrendered five goals on 23 shots in the Canucks loss to the Avalanche on November 15th. Jacob Markstrom has started the last three games but Demko will go head-to-head with Carter Hart on Monday. He's played well this season but has allowed at least three goals in three straight games, posting an .883 SV% during that span. He's been good on the road, going 2-2-0 with a 2.23 GAA and .926 SV% in four games.
With Greg McKegg sidelined with a lower-body issue, Nieves was recalled from Hartford and will skate on the fourth line on Monday. Nieves has 19 points (5G / 14A) in 72 career NHL games with the Rangers.
McKegg was forced to leave Saturday's game in Montreal with a lower-body injury and will not play vs. Minnesota. Boo Nieves was recalled from Hartford (AHL) and will replace him on the fourth line.
Bishop allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Stars win over the Jets last Thursday. Anton Khudobin started Saturday, so Bishop will go Monday vs. the Golden Knights. He catches a break with Malcolm Subban going for Vegas, increasing his chances for a victory. Bishop is 5-2-1 with a 1.80 GAA and .939 SV% on home-ice this season.
Zibanejad was on the ice for Monday's morning skate but will miss at least one more game. Head coach David Quinn said that the plan is for Zibanejad to play Wednesday and based on today's morning skate he will play with Filip Chytil and Pavel Buchnevich in his return.
Lundqvist allowed four goals on 39 shots in the Rangers loss in Ottawa last Friday. Lundqvist has just one win in his last five appearances while posting a 3.92 GAA and .883 SV%. The Rangers give up more quality shots against than any team in the league, making it difficult to trust Lundqvist on a night-to-night basis. Tonight he faces a Wild team that has gone 3-0-2 while scoring 3.40 goals per game in their last five.
Rittich stopped 36 of 38 shots in the Flames shootout win in Philadelphia on Saturday. It was an outstanding outing for Rittich, who has gone 5-3-1 with a 2.72 GAA, .912 SV% and one shutout in his last nine starts. Without Sidney Crosby, the Penguins have averaged 3.33 goals per game but are 2-1-3 in those six games.
Stalock surrendered five goals on 39 shots in the Wild's overtime loss in Boston on Saturday. With Devan Dubnyk still away from the team, Stalock will make his fourth straight start on Monday. He is 3-0-1 despite posting a 3.20 GAA and .900 SV% in November and gets set to face a Rangers team that has lost three of their last five but have averaged 3.40 goals per game over that stretch.
Anderson stopped 35 of 36 shots in the Senators win in Montreal last Wednesday. Anders Nilsson started Friday but they'll come back Anderson in Columbus. He has won two of his last three starts but is an ugly 2-5-0 with a. 3.79 GAA And .886 SV% in seven road starts this year. On top of that, the Blue Jackets have won three in a row while scoring 4.33 goals per game in their last three home games.
Saros turned aside 24 of 26 shots in the Predators 4-2 win in St. Louis on Saturday. With the Blues in town tonight on the second half of a home-and-home, the Predators will stick with what worked on the weekend. It is rare for Saros to start two in a row, but Pekka Rinne has struggled as of late. The 24-year-old netminder is still looking for his first win on home-ice, having gone 0-3-0 with a. 2.97 GAA and .887 SV% at Bridgestone Arena so far.
