Marner will undergo an MRI and the Maple Leafs should release a timetable early next week.

Saros allowed four goals on 23 shots after replacing Pekka Rinne in the Predators loss in Colorado on Thursday. In six appearances this season, Saros has gone 1-4-0 with 3.98 GAA and .876 SV%, not the type of numbers we're used to seeing from the 24-year-old netminder. He was 1-2-0 with a 4.10 GAA and .874 SV% in three starts against the Sharks last year.

Korpisalo allowed two goals on 32 shots in the Blue Jackets win in Arizona on Thursday. The victory snapped a four-game losing streak for Korpisalo, who is now 3-1-0 with a 3.25 GAA and .907 SV% on the road this season. Heading to Colorado isn't as scary without Mikko Rantanen or Gabriel Landeskog, but the Ads are still 5-2-1 with 3.88 goals per game in Colorado this season.

Quick allowed three goals on 23 shots in the Kings win in Toronto on Tuesday. The loss extended his losing streak to four games and nothing has gone right in those games. Quick has posted a 4.34 GAA and .872 SV% and his teammates have scored just 1.75 goals per game for him. Now he's got a road matchup in Montreal, where the Habs have won three of their last four.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
