Campbell stopped all five shots that he faced in a relief effort last night and will start on Tuesday. Campbell went 2-2-0 with a 2.55 GAA, .924 SV% and one shutout in five appearances in the month of March. In his first start against the Coyotes, Campbell allowed four goals on 32 shots in a 4-2 loss.

Varlamov allowed four goals on 36 shots in Colorado’s loss to Anaheim on March 15th. Philipp Grubauer started the last eight games, including last night, but they’ll come back to Varlamov vs. the Oilers. Varlamov has stopped 41 of the 45 shots (.911 SV%) in two starts against Edmonton this season.


Muzzin was listed as a game-time decision last night but ended up playing but will not be in the lineup vs. the Hurricanes. Martin Marincin will replace him on the Maple Leafs' blueline.

Price allowed one goal on 24 shots in the Canadiens win in Winnipeg on Saturday. Price has gone 5-1-1 with a 2.00 GAA, .935 SV% and one shutout in his last seven starts and will need to stay red-hot to keep the Canadiens in the playoff hunt this week. Price has gone 0-2-0 with a 3.50 GAA and .904 SV% in two games vs. the Lightning this season.

Hutton allowed five goals on 38 shots in the Sabres loss to the Islanders on Saturday. Linus Ullmark started on Sunday so it looks like the Sabres will come back to Hutton vs. the Predators. Hutton has lost four straight games while posting an ugly 4.52 GA and .885 SV%.

Rinne allowed one goal on 43 shots in the Predators win in Pittsburgh last Friday. It was an outstanding outing for Rinne, who will likely start Tuesday while the Predators attempt to jump the Blues and Jets for the top spot in the Central Division. Rinne stopped 21 of 22 shots in a 2-1 win in his first start vs. the Sabres.

Rask gave up three goals on 22 shots in the Bruins loss to the Panthers on Saturday. Rask is expected to start Tuesday and Thursday before receiving the final game of the regular season on Saturday off. The Bruins are hoping that Rask, who is 2-4-0 with a 3.32 GAA and .865 SV% in his last six, can re-discover his form ahead of the playoffs.

Pasquale allowed five goals on 24 shots in a 6-5 shootout win in Detroit on December 4th—his only NHL appearance of the season. The 28-year-old has spent the majority of the season and his career in the AHL, where he was 25-12-3 with a 2.37 GAA and .916 SV% this year.

Comrie will be making his first NHL start of the season. The 23-year-old, former second-round pick was 23-16-2 with a 2.75 GAA and .916 SV% in 45 AHL games before being called-up after Laurent Brossoit got hurt. Comrie is 2-2-0 with a 4.00 GAA and .880 SV% in four career NHL appearances.

Howard allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Red Wings win over the Bruins on Sunday. Howard has won four straight starts while posting a 2.51 GAA and .928 SV% (including one short relief appearance). In his first start against the Penguins, Howard allowed four goals on 39 shots in a 5-2 loss (Dec.27).

Pavelski has been out for the last seven games but will return to the top-line tonight in Vancouver. Pavelski has 37 goals and 26 assists (63 points) in 72 games this season.

Jones allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Sharks win over the Golden Knights on Saturday. Jones has allowed at least three goals in seven straight appearances, going 1-5-0 with a 3.94 GAA and .864 SV% over that stretch. Jones has gone 2-0-0 with a 2.01 GA and .934 SV% in his two starts against the Canucks this season.

The Capitals will be without one of their top-pairing defensemen for the rest of the regular season and playoffs after Kempny underwent surgery to repair a hamstring injury that he suffered on March 20th. The Capitals acquired Nick Jensen from Detroit at the trade deadline and he will help replace Kempny on the Capitals blueline.

Terry suffered a non-displaced fracture while blocking shot in Calgary on Friday. Terry will obviously miss the rest of the season but will be ready for training camp next season. Terry finishes the year with 13 points (4G / 9A) in 32 NHL games.
