Fabbri will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday.
Fabbri was in the lineup for the last two games because Steen was out due to personal reasons, but is back in the lineup on Tuesday. Fabbri has had a really tough season, scoring just two goals and three assists (five points) in 25 games.
Steen (personal) will be back in the Blues lineup on Tuesday.
Steen missed the last two games because of the birth of his child but will play Tuesday vs. Toronto. Steen has assists in three straight games but has just 18 points (6G / 12A) in 42 games this season.
Signing
The Canucks have signed Michael Leighton to a one-year, two-way contract.
The Canucks goaltending depth took a hit when they traded Anders Nilsson and lost Mike McKenna on waivers. They brought Leighton in on a PTO and he went 6-1-0 with a 2.53 GAA and .915 SV% in seven games so they signed him to remain there moving forward.

Andersen will start Tuesday in St. Louis.
The Wild have placed Victor Rask (undisclosed) on IR.
Rask has missed the last two games with an undisclosed injury and was moved to IR prior to Tuesday’s game vs. the Ducks.
Byfuglien (lower-body) will not travel on the Jets upcoming three-game road-trip.
Byfuglien missed Saturday’s game vs. the Senators and will miss at least three more games with a lower-body injury. Monitor Big Buff’s status when the Jets return home to face the Wild on February 26th (next Tuesday).

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
