Mrazek gave up four goals on 32 shots in the Hurricanes loss to the Flames on Sunday. Curtis McElhinney started the last two games, including last night, so look for Mrazek to start Friday in New York. In his first start against the Rangers, Mrazek recorded the ‘W’ despite allowing five goals on 24 shots (Oct.7).

Subban has been sidelined since January 6th but is ready to backup Marc-Andre Fleury at the very least. Subban has posted a 2.95 GAA and .904 SV% in eight appearances this season.

Lagace appeared in just one game with the Golden Knights while Malcolm Subban was sidelined and returns to the AHL, where he has gone 9-6-0 with a 2.79 GAA and .899 SV%.

Kiselevich did not appear in a game with Springfield since being sent down and quickly returns to the NHL, where he has eight assists in 31 games this season.

Hawryluk missed Thursday’s game against the Penguins and was placed on IR this morning in order to clear a roster spot for Bogdan Kiselevich to be brought up from the AHL. Hawryluk’s injury is believed to be serious so expect him to miss around the minimum of seven days.

Anderson has been out with a broken ankle since November 21st but will replace Miles Wood on Saturday. Anderson had one goal and one assist (two points) in 11 games before getting injured.

Wood was forced to leave Thursday’s game vs. the Islanders and will not play Saturday vs. the Wild. Wood, who will be replaced by Joey Anderson, is listed as day-to-day.

Grzelycyk will likely be held out of the lineup on Saturday afternoon, which means that John Moore will draw back into the lineup. Grzelcyk should be considered day-to-day.

Gibson was crunched in a collision with his teammate Jaycob Megna late in the second period. Gibson remained in goal for the final 1:52 of the period but was replaced by Chad Johnson for the third. The way the Ducks are playing right now, Gibson isn’t a good option regardless. Consider him questionable for Saturday’s game in Philadelphia.

Helewk, 23, was a fourth-round pick of the Sharks in 2015 and has 31 points (13G / 18A) in 41 games during his first season in Tucson (AHL). Helewk will report to Milwaukee (AHL).
