Jones has lost three of his last four starts and comes into Thursday at 5-3-1 with a 2.61 GAA, .910 SV% and one shutout in December. In his first two starts against Anaheim, Jones has gone 1-1-0 with a 3.47 GAA and .841 SV%.

Neuvirth stopped 32 of 34 shots in the Flyers win in New York last Sunday. Neuvirth earned himself the first start out of the break with great outing and will look to string two straight road wins together. Tonight’s game won’t be easy to come by, as he gets set to face a Lightning team that leads the NHL with 4.08 goals for per game.
Koskinen gave up five goals on 44 shots in the Oilers loss to the Lightning last Saturday. It was Koskinen’s first loss on home-ice this season but he will look to get back on-track in his second start against the Canucks. In his first start vs. Vancouver, Koskinen stopped 26 of 29 shots in a 4-2 loss on December 16th.
Khudobin allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Stars loss to the Islanders last Sunday. Khudobin has been mostly up-and-down this season, ultimately compiling a 6-7-2 record, 2.81 GAA and .912 SV% in 15 starts and two relief appearances. Tonight he will see a Predators squad that has gone 14-5-0 in Nashville this season.
Athanasiou missed the final two games before the Christmas break but is expected to retune to the lineup on Thursday. Athanasiou is expected to skate with Luke Glendening and Michael Rasmussen and returns with 11 goals and nine assists (20 points) in 32 games this season.
