Nilsson allowed four goals on 24 shots in the Canucks loss in San Jose last Friday. Nilsson has gone 3-4-0 with a 2.86 GAA and .902 SV% on the season and comes into this afternoon’s game well rested. The 6-foot-6 Nilsson will be going head-to-head with the 6-foot-7 Ben Bishop.

DeSmith gave up three goals on 27 shots in the Penguins win in Winnipeg on Tuesday. DeSmith has won three in a row while allowing just six goals on 85 shots (.929 SV%). He will look to stay hot tonight vs. the Flyers—DeSmith is 4-0-2 with a 2.35 GAA and .930 SV% on home-ice this season.

Fleury will start Saturday in Edmonton.

Domingue surrendered four goals on 22 shots in the Lightning’s win over the Sabres on Thursday. It wasn’t the prettiest performance but it was enough to win for the fourth time in five games. Tonight he looks to record his 10th win of the season. Domingue is 4-3-0 with a 3.73 GAA and .882 SV% on the road this season.

Ward allowed two goals on 13 shots after replacing Corey Crawford in the Blackhawks blowout loss to the Golden Knights on Tuesday. Ward will start the front-end of the Blackhawks’ back-to-back with Crawford going on Sunday. Ward is 3-1-2 with a 3.59 GAA and .894 SV% in six road starts this season.

Appleton will make his NHL debut on Saturday.

Appleton was a sixth-round pick in 2015 and will make his debut after ripping up the AHL for the last two years. The 22-year-old had 66 points (22G / 44A) in 76 games with Manitoba (AHL) last year before adding 18 points (8G / 10A) in 19 games this season.

Andersen surrendered three goals on 41 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Sharks on Wednesday. Andersen won two in a row and finished November at 8-3-0 with a 2.02 GAA, .942 SV% and one shutout in 11 starts. Tonight he faces the Wild in Minnesota—the 29-year-old is 7-2-0 with a 2.46 GAA and .926 SV% on the road.

Hill stopped all 29 shots that he faced in the Coyotes shutout win in Nashville on Thursday. Hill has stopped all 35 shots that he has faced this season and will look to keep his shutout streak going tonight vs. the Blues. St. Louis comes in having lost seven of his last 10 games.

Howard allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Red Wings win over St. Louis on Wednesday. Howard wrapped up a great month of November with a win, finishing the month at 6-1-1 with a 2.34 GAA and .930 SV%. In his first start against the Bruins, Howard stopped 34 of 36 shots in a 3-2 overtime win.

Brossoit will start Saturday in New Jersey.

Brossoit surrendered four goals on 27 shots in the Jets win in St. Louis last Saturday. The 25-year-old was 1-1-1 with a 2.44 GAA and .907 SV% in just three appearances in November. Brossoit has performed very well in limited action this season, going 4-1-1 with a 2.05 GAA and .937 SV% overall.

Rinne is expected to start Saturday vs. the Blackhawks.

Rinne surrendered three goals on 25 shots in the Predators 3-0 shutout loss to the Coyotes on Thursday. Rinne has lost two straight and three of his last four, finishing November on a rough note. Despite some recent struggles, Rinne remains a great option whenever the Predators are in Nashville—he is 7-3-0 with a 1.91 GAA, .930 SV% and two shutouts in 10 starts on home-ice.
