Vasilevskiy allowed five goals on 24 shots in the Lightning’s loss to the Flames last Thursday. Vasilevskiy has faltered as of late, losing three of his last four with a 3.96 GAA and .874 SV%. He draws a tough matchup with Vegas in town, but Vasilevskiy has gone 16-2-1 with a 2.43 GAA and .917 SV% on home ice.

Kinkaid allowed one goal on 26 shots in the Devils win in Brooklyn on Tuesday. With Kinkaid having a nice outing, Cory Schneider being under the weather and playing poorly, Kinkaid will start again tonight vs. the Capitals. However, Kinkaid has not been very good this year and his matchup is very poor—Washington comes in having won six of their last seven contests.






Neuvirth stopped all eight shots that he faced after replacing Brian Elliott in the Flyers’ loss in New York on Tuesday. Since returning to the Flyers crease on January 2nd, Neuvirth has stopped 48 of the last 50 shots (.960 SV%) that he has faced. The 29-year-old comes into Thursday at 2-3-1 with a 2.53 GAA and .921 SV% on home-ice this season.

Halak allowed four goals on 42 shots in the Islanders loss to the Devils on Tuesday. Halak was unable to string three straight wins together, something he hasn’t done since late October. Tonight he takes on the Bruins for the third time this season—he is 0-2-0 with a 3.04 GAA and .913 SV% in the first two meetings.

Bailey missed the last four games with a lower-body injury, but will return to the lineup tonight vs. the Bruins. The Islanders went 3-1-0 in four games without Bailey, but he will provide a huge boost to their top line. He returns to the lineup with 50 points (12G / 38A) in 42 games this season, ranking him 11th in the NHL.

Mueller (clavicle) has been out since November 12th but will go to Binghamton to get back up to game speed. Mueller, who had two assists in 13 games before getting hurt, was playing his best hockey right before getting injured.

Oduya has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury but was on the ice for Wednesday’s practice and is expected to be in the lineup tonight. Oduya, who will skate with Erik Karlsson, has two goals and four assists in 37 games this season.

Borowiecki was expected to play before their bye week but never made it into the lineup. The 28-year-old will be playing his first game since November 19th and is expected to be paired with Thomas Chabot.

Ryan missed the Senators final game before their bye week with a hand injury, but was back on the ice for practice yesterday and is expected to play tonight. Ryan has one goal and three assists in his last six games and has totalled 17 points (5G / 12A) in 32 games this season.

Chlapik has registered two assists in seven games with Ottawa this season and he is expected to replace J-G Pageau in the lineup tonight. The 20-year-old has six goals and 11 assists (17 points) in 31 AHL games.

Pageau was injured in the Senators final game before their bye week and won’t play tonight vs. the Blues. Pageau took to the ice for Wednesday’s practice but wasn’t able to make it through the session. With Pageau as day-to-day, Filip Chlapik will be recalled from Belleville (AHL) to take his spot in the lineup.

Anderson allowed three goals on 48 shots in the Senators win in Toronto on January 10th. Anderson has won three of his last four starts despite posting an ugly 4.29 GAA and .904 SV%. The 36-year-old netminder is 8-7-3 with a 3.35 GAA and .896 SV% on home ice this season and tonight he faces a Blues team that is 12-8-3 while averaging 2.78 goals for per game on the road this season.
