Hellebuyck allowed four goals on 29 shots in the Jets loss in Tampa Bay on Saturday. Hellebuyck has lost his last two starts while allowing a combined nine goals on 60 shots (.850 SV%). With Steve Mason still out, Hellebuyck will get a chance to right the ship tonight vs. the Canucks.

Reimer allowed five goals on 28 shots in the Panthers loss to Colorado on Saturday. Reimer has gone 2-1-2 while allowing a combined 19 goals on 170 shots (.888 SV%) in his last five starts. Despite some ugly numbers, he has a nice matchup tonight in Detroit. In his first start vs. the Red Wings, Reimer stopped 36 of 38 shots in a 3-2 shootout loss in late-October.

James Reimer
Murray (lower-body) will not be available on Monday.

Murray will miss his sixth straight game with a lower-body injury but was on the ice for the Penguins morning skate, so he is definitely getting close. Murray could be back in the Penguins crease on Thursday and could go head-to-head with Marc-Andre Fleury in Vegas.

Matt Murray
Jarry will start Monday vs. the Avalanche.

Jarry was pulled after allowing three goals on 16 shots in the Penguins loss to the Maple Leafs on Saturday. After winning his first four games with Matt Murray out, Jarry has now lost two of his last three while allowing 10 goals on 71 shots (.859 SV%). Tonight he will face an Avalanche team that has lost six of their last eight (2-5-1).

Tristan Jarry
Silfverberg (upper-body) is expected to return to the Ducks lineup on Monday.

Silfverberg has missed the last five games with an upper-body injury but was a full participant in Sunday’s practice and will likely play tonight. Silfverberg, who has 12 points (6G / 6A) in 25 games this season, will skate on the second line with Adam Henrique and Andrew Cogliano.

Jakob Silfverberg
Getzlaf (face) is expected to return to the Ducks lineup on Monday.

Getzlaf has missed the last 19 games with a facial fracture but was a full participant in Sunday’s practice and will likely return to the lineup tonight. Getzlaf will skate on the top line with Rickard Rakell and Corey Perry and returns to the lineup after picking seven points (1G / 6A) in six games before getting hurt.

Ryan Getzlaf
Jarry was the first goalie off of the ice at the Penguins morning skate.

After winning his first four games with Matt Murray out, Jarry has now lost two of his last three while allowing 10 goals on 71 shots (.859 SV%). Anders Lindback
The Predators have recalled Juuse Saros from Milwaukee (AHL).

The Predators have five days off between games so Saros went to Milwaukee to get some playing time over the weekend. Saros started two games, going 1-1-0 while allowing nine goals on 69 shots (.870 SV%) and comes back to the Predators where he will likely start one of their back-to-back games on Wednesday/Thursday.

Juuse Saros
Pavelec will start Monday vs. the Stars.

Pavelec stopped 41 of 44 shots in the Rangers 4-3 win over the Penguins last Tuesday. Pavelec has been pretty steady in his last three appearances, stopping 67 of the last 73 shots (.918 SV%) that he has faced. Tonight he will take on a Dallas team that has lost three straight entering play.

Ondrej Pavelec
Holtby is projected to stat Monday against the Islanders.

Holtby stopped 27 of 29 shots in the Capitals win over the Rangers last Friday. Holtby has won five of his last six starts while posting a 2.34 GAA and .926 SV%. Tonight he is expected to face the Islanders for the second time this season—he allowed three goals on 38 shots in a 4-3 win in the first meeting.

Braden Holtby
Howard is in the starter's crease at the Red Wings morning skate.

Howard was pulled after allowing four goals on 10 shots in the Red Wings 6-1 loss to the Blues on Saturday afternoon. After a great outing vs. the Jets earlier in the week, Howard turned in his second stinker in three games. In his last five starts, the 33-year-old has allowing a whopping 20 goals on 106 shots (.811 SV%) but makes for an interesting start if Aleksander Barkov doesn't play tonight.

Jimmy Howard
Boychuk (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Monday.

Boychuk has missed the last two games but will be a game-time decision tonight vs. the Capitals. Boychuk, who has three goals and five assists (eight points) in 27 games, will likely replace with Dennis Seidenberg or Ryan Pulock if he can play.

Johnny Boychuk

Jaroslav Halak
Roussel is day-to-day with an elbow injury but could play Monday in New York.

After returning to the lineup following a four-game absence, Roussel played just 12:27 in Saturday’s game and is questionable for Monday’s game with an elbow injury. Jason Dickinson has been recalled and will play against the Rangers.

Antoine Roussel
Dickinson has been recalled from Texas (AHL) and will play on Monday.

Dickinson has not registered a point in four games with Dallas but has picked up an impressive 13 goals and one assist (14 points) in 20 games with Texas. Dickinson will likely replace Antoine Roussel (elbow) in the lineup and will centre the fourth line.

Jason Dickinson
Honka will be in the Stars lineup on Monday.

Honka has been a healthy scratch for the last three games, but will draw back in tonight in New York. There’s no word on who Honka will replace but he is searching for his first on the 2017-18 season. Expect Honka to play modest minutes with PP exposure.

Julius Honka
