Quick allowed four goals on 36 shots in the Kings loss in Pittsburgh on Saturday. Quick has lost three in a row while giving up a combined 11 goals on 98 shots (.888 SV%). Even in the STAPLES Center, Quick is 2-4-1 with a 3.12 GAA and .898 SV% this season and he should be left on the bench against powerhouse Jets squad.

Hellebuyck allowed four goals on 47 shots in the Jets win over the Lightning on Sunday. Despite allowing four goals for the second straight game, Hellebuyck was able to extend his winning streak to three. In his first start against the Kings, Hellebuyck allowed one goal on 17 shots in a 2-1 win (Oct.9).

Allen was pulled after he allowed four goals on 16 shots in the Blues loss to the Flames on Sunday. Allen appeared to be turning things around two weeks ago but has now allowed at least three goals in four straight games, surrendering a total of 16 goals on 92 shots (.826 SV%). In his first start vs. the Oilers, Allen allowed two goals on 36 shots in a 3-2 shootout loss.

Kuemper allowed three goals on 33 shots in the Coyotes loss in Buffalo last Thursday. Kuemper lost both of his starts since retuning from injury while allowing a combined seven goals on 59 shots (.881 SV%). The Islanders present a nice home matchup for Kuemper but a goalie with a career .912 SV% is difficult to trust regardless of matchup.

Nilsson allowed four goals on 34 shots in the Canucks loss in Nashville last Thursday. Nilsson is winless in his last seven starts, going 0-6-1 with a 3.44 GAA and .883 SV%. He hasn’t registered a win since October 16th and likely won’t win tonight with the NHL’s highest scoring team in town. The Lightning are averaging a robust 4.00 goals for per game through 34 games.

Rittich stopped 26 of 28 shots in the Flames win in St. Louis on Sunday. Rittich started both games of the Flames’ weekend back-to-back, winning both games while stopping 60 of 63 shots (.952 SV%). In his first start against the Stars, Rittich allowed four goals on 28 shots in a 4-3 overtime loss (Nov.28).

Bennett missed Sunday’s game in St. Louis with an undisclosed issue but is expected to draw back in on Tuesday. Bennett is expected to replace James Neal (upper-body) on the Flames third line.

Neal has been sent back to Calgary with an upper-body injury, which is believed to be related to getting hit in the face by a puck in St. Louis on Sunday. Sam Bennett, who didn’t play Sunday, is expected to replace him.

Luongo allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Panthers overtime win over the Maple Leafs on Saturday. The win snapped a three-game losing streak for Luongo, who is 2-2-1 with a 2.95 GAA, .906 SV% and one shutout in five games since returning from his most recent knee injury. The 39-year-old has had a nice season but is 2-4-0 with a 3.70 GAA and .885 SV% on the road this year.

Honka was in the lineup for the last two games, picking up one assist and seven shots while averaging 17:05 TOI/gm but will be replaced by Joel Hanley on Tuesday.

Hanley cleared waivers on Tuesday but will also draw into the lineup on the same day. Hanley was a healthy scratch on Saturday but will replace Julius Honka tonight.

Kinkaid allowed one goal on 28 shots in the Devils shootout loss in Nashville on Saturday. With Cory Schneider back on IR, Kinkaid will start almost every game moving forward. Kinkaid was torched for six goals on 32 shots in a 6-1 loss in his first game against the Maple Leafs this season (Nov.9).

Anderson allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Senators win over the Predators on Monday. Anderson has won three of his last four while allowing a combined nine goals on 134 shots (.933 SV%). The 37-year-old has been terrible on the road this year, going 3-7-1 with a 4.13 GAA and .891 SV% in 12 games.

Jones was yanked from Sunday’s game in Chicago after allowing three goals on four shots. It was about as bad of a game as you could have to close out a fantasy week but Jones will get a chance to bounce-back tonight in Minnesota. In his first start against the Wild, Jones allowed three goals on 26 shots in a 4-3 win (Nov.6).

Talbot allowed five goals on 40 shots in the Oilers loss in Winnipeg last Thursday. Talbot has been better under defensive-minded coach Ken Hitchcock but still remains a risky fantasy option and the No.2 netminder on his own team. While St. Louis has had their own struggles this year, they possess enough fire-power to make it a difficult night for Talbot.

Spezza missed the Stars morning skate and will not play on Tuesday because of strep throat. Spezza has actually enjoyed a bit of a resurgence this season, picking up 18 points (5G / 13A) in 33 games. Devin Shore will centre the second line with Spezza out.

Bishop allowed two goals on 16 shots after replacing Anton Khudobin in Colorado on Saturday. Since returning from injury, Bishop has gone 2-3-0 with a 2.85 GAA and .911 SV% in five appearances. Tonight he faces a Flames team that has gone 8-1-0 in their last nine but Bishop is 6-2-1 with a 2.22 GAA and .930 SV% on home-ice this season.

Ward gave up five goals on 35 shots after replacing Corey Crawford, who left with a concussion, in Sunday’s loss to the Sharks. With Crawford out indefinitely, Ward becomes the Blackhawks’ No.1 netminder again. Through 14 games, Ward has the second worst GAA (4.17) and tied for the fifth worst SV% (.883) among the 63 qualified starters. He has been terrible and should not be trusted in any format.
