Wingels reportedly suffered an undisclosed injury on Sunday night.

Wingels played 12:34 before reportedly leaving the game with an undisclosed injury. Wingels was one of three Senators forwards that got hurt last night, so the Senators could be in trouble. Expect updates on Wingels, Mark Stone and Mike Hoffman on Monday or Tuesday.

Tommy Wingels
Stone left Sunday’s game after being hit in the head by Jets’ defenseman Jacob Trouba.

Stone was down on the ice for a bit before retiring to the dressing room for the night. Trouba faces a hearing for the hit, but Stone could be out of the lineup longer. The Senators also lost Mike Hoffman and Tommy Wingels last night, so they need some good news on the injury front.

Mark Stone
Hoffman left Sunday’s game with a lower-body injury and did not return.

Hoffman left near the end of the first period and never returned. The winger played just 5:46 TOI before retiring to the dressing room and his status for Tuesday’s game remains unclear. The Senators are already without Bobby Ryan for an extended period of time and they also lost Mark Stone and Tommy Wingels last night.
