
Price stopped 31 of 32 shots in the Canadiens’ win over the Maple Leafs on Saturday. It didn’t take Price long to get back into the win column after losing his previous start to Florida. He is simply the best goalie in the NHL and is a must-start against a Senators team that ranks 29th in the NHL with just 2.06 goals per game.
Mason gave up three goals on 18 shots in the Flyers’ loss to the Lightning on Saturday. It was another tough outing for Mason, who saw his GAA climb back to 3.12 after and his SV% is at a meagre .886. Tonight he takes on a Panthers team that is getting healthier and enter play as winners of four of their last five.
Luongo gave up one goal on 40 shots in the Panthers win in Ottawa on Saturday. With James Reimer starting on Sunday, the Panthers will go back to Luongo tonight vs. the Flyers. Luongo is 5-2-0 with an impressive 1.85 GAA and .930 SV% in seven starts on home-ice this season, making him a strong start vs. Philadelphia.
Andersen allowed two goals on 29 shots in the Maple Leafs’ loss in Montreal on Saturday. No one beats Carey Price, at least it doesn’t seem like it, but it was still a solid outing for Andersen, who is now 6-3-0 with a 2.61 GAA and .930 SV% in November. Tonight he will face a Hurricanes team that is riding a four-game winning streak.
Rask allowed one goal on 12 shots in the Bruins’ win over the Jets on Saturday. Yeah, he actually only faced 12 shots. Rask has been superb in 2016-17, winning 11 of his first 13 starts while posting a 1.46 GAA and .946 SV%, which includes 1 4-1-0 record, 1.80 GAA and .921 SV% on home-ice.
Niemi allowed one goal on 16 shots after replacing Kari Lehtonen in the Stars’ loss to the Oilers on Saturday. Niemi hasn’t recorded a win since November 3rd and is just 3-2-2 with a 3.33 GAA and .900 SV% on the season. Tonight he faces the Wild on home ice, where he has gone 3-1-1 with a 2.17 GAA and .932 SV% this season.
Rinne allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Predators’ loss in St. Louis on Saturday. The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for Rinne, who is expected to take on the Lightning tonight. Rinne has gone 4-1-1 with a 1.32 GAA and .953 SV% in six starts on Bridgestone Arena ice this season.
Fleury allowed one goal on 33 shots in the Penguins’ shootout loss in Buffalo on Saturday. It was an excellent outing for Fleury, who appears to be making a second straight start for the first time since Matt Murray returned. Fleury is 5-1-1 with a 2.41 GAA and .930 SV% at home this season.
Bishop allowed one goal on 33 shots in the Lightning’s win in Buffalo on Thursday. Bishop has won his last two starts while allowing four goals on 61 shots (.934 SV%). Even with Andrei Vasilevskiy posting a shutout on Saturday, Bishop will go tonight in Nashville. The Predators have won four of their last five.
McElhinney allowed one goal on 23 shots after replacing Sergei Bobrovsky in the Blue Jackets’ loss in Boston on November 10th. McElhinney has posted a .943 SV% in two appearances this season and tonight he faces an Avalanche team that has alternated losses and wins in their last six games.
Raanta allowed one goal on 39 shots in the Rangers win in Edmonton on November 13th. Henrik Lundqvist started the last three games, including last night’s loss to the Panthers, so Raanta to go on the second game of the back-to-back. Raanta has been superb the season, posting a 2.05 GAA and .938 SV% in five appearances.
Palmieri will come out of the lineup in San Jose because of an upper-body injury, so Nick Lappin will move into the Devils' top-6 and onto the top power-play unit. Consider Palmieri as day-to-day and monitor his status prior to Wednesday's game vs. the Maple Leafs.

O’Regan will make his NHL debut tonight vs. New Jersey. The American-born forward was a fifth round pick (No.138) in 2012 and has picked up 11 points (5G / 6A) in his first 11 career AHL games. He will replace Kevin LaBanc in the lineup on Monday.
