Budaj leads the Kings onto the ice for warmups.

Budaj allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Kings’ loss in Colorado on Tuesday. Budaj has gone 3-4-1 with a 2.25 GAA and .910 SV% in seven starts and one relief appearance in November. He hasn’t been great, nor has he been bad, but he remains a risky option whenever he gets the nod. He’ll face an Edmonton team that has lost four straight games.

Peter Budaj
Bernier leads the Ducks onto the ice for warmups.

Bernier allowed one goal on nine shots after replacing John Gibson in the Ducks’ loss in Nashville on Saturday. Bernier has posted a 2.08 GAA and .934 SV% in six appearances this season. Tonight he makes for a safe spot-start against a Devils team that doesn’t score a lot of goals and will be even more hard-pressed without Taylor Hall and Mike Cammalleri in the lineup.

Jonathan Bernier
Lehtonen leads the Stars onto the ice for warmups.

Lehtonen allowed five goals on 30 shots in the Stars loss in Vancouver on Sunday. Lehtonen has lost three of his five November starts while posting a 3.70 GAA and .884 SV%. Tonight he will take on the Avalanche for the second time this season—he allowed one goal on 13 shots after replacing Antti Niemi in a 6-5 loss in Colorado in mid-November.

Kari Lehtonen
Rask leads the Bruins onto the ice for warmups.

Rask stopped all 20 shots that he faced in the Bruins’ shutout win in Colorado on Sunday. Rask is red-hot right now—he has won four in a row and 10 of his first 11 starts while posting a 1.54 GAA and .945 SV%. Rask has been one of the best goalies in the NHL so far and is a must-start whenever he gets the nod.

Tuukka Rask
Domingue will start Thursday in Vancouver.

Domingue allowed two goals on 29 shots in the Coyotes loss to the Bruins on Saturday. Mike Smith made his return to the crease last night, but they will ease him back into action and go back to Domingue tonight. Domingue has struggled mightily on the road this season, going 2-5-0 with a 4.48 GAA and.868 SV% in six starts and one relief appearance.

Louis Domingue
Schneider will start Thursday in Anaheim.

Schneider stopped 23 of 24 shots in the Devils’ win in Dallas on Tuesday. Schneider has won his last three starts while stopping 75 of 80 shots (.938 SV%). Schneider continues to be one of the best goalies in the NHL, but will have to deal with limited goal support. Tonight he faces a Ducks team that has won four of their last six.

Cory Schneider
Gustavsson will start Thursday in Los Angeles.

Gustavsson allowed one goal on 23 shots in the Oilers’ win in Detroit on November 6th. Gustavsson didn’t last long in his first Oilers appearance, but he was impressive in Detroit and will look to snap a four-game losing streak for the Oilers tonight. He’ll take on a Kings team who are on a four-game skid of their own.

Jonas Gustavsson
Lundqvist will start Friday in Columbus.

Lundqvist allowed two goals on 38 shots in the Rangers’ win in Vancouver on Tuesday. King Henrik has been great in November, winning five of his six starts while posting a 1.96 GAA and .939 SV%. Tonight he will take on a Blue Jackets team that has won five of seven games—Lundqvist is 3-2-0 with 2.22 GAA and .922 SV% on the road.

Henrik Lundqvist
Rask is expected to start Thursday in Minnesota.
