Murphy, 22, had one goal and two assists in two games during his conditioning stint with Charlotte. He has been recalled and is expected to be in the lineup on Thursday. He has four assists in 17 games this season.

Halak allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Islanders loss in Florida last Friday. Thomas Greiss started the last two games, but it will be Halak tonight vs. the Rangers. While New York’s 17-6-2 record looks intimidating, they are actually not that great offensively. They’re a terrible possession team and rank 26th in the NHL in shots per game (27.7), so Halak should make for a solid start tonight.

Michalek left Tuesday's game after being hit in the hand by a shot. The Senators revealed this morning that he sustained a fractured right index finger and will be sidelined indefinitely. Expect him to be placed on IR and for the Senators to recall a forward. This could also open the door for Colin Greening to make his season debut.

Gibson stopped all 25 shots that he faced in the Ducks shutout win over the Canucks on Monday. After back-to-back losses, Gibson responded with a stellar performance and should make his fourth consecutive start on Wednesday. He has posted a 1.82 GAA and .936 SV% since being recalled, so he can be trusted tonight vs. the Lightning who are 3-3-1 in their last seven.

Theodore did not appear in a game during his call up, but he did get three practices in with the NHL squad, which should go a long way in his development.

Lundqvist allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Rangers win over the Hurricanes on Monday. After two tough losses in which he allowed a combined nine goals, King Henrik got back in the win column, earning his 13th victory of the season, which is good for second in the NHL. Lundqvist ranks first in shots against and saves this season and the Rangers continue to win because of his .935 SV%.

Quick allowed two goals on 22 shots in the Kings win over the Blackhawks on Saturday. Quick wrapped up November at 5-4-1 with a 2.45 GAA and .909 SV%. Those numbers are not nearly as good as what he did in October, but still serviceable. He will look to improve in December and it starts tonight vs. the Canucks. He has already lost to them this season, but they struggling right now and will be playing the tail-end of a back-to-back.

Rinne gave up three goals on 36 shots in the Predators loss in Philadelphia last Friday. Surprisingly Rinne only started two of the Preds’ four games last week, but he should start all three this week, which starts tonight vs. the Coyotes. Rinne is riding a four-game losing streak—he has posted a 3.26 GAA and .869 SV% over that rough stretch.

Niemi gave up three goals on 26 shots in the Stars win in Minnesota on Saturday. Niemi has won four of his last five starts while posting a 2.20 GAA and .912 SV%. Niemi has had an inconsistent season, but overall he has played well, going 10-4-0 in his first 14 starts with the Stars. Tonight he makes for a great start tonight in Calgary.

Fleury allowed two goals on 43 shots in the Penguins loss in Columbus last Friday. Jeff Zatkoff got the nod on Saturday, so look for Fleury to start tonight vs. the Sharks. Fleury went 5-3-1 with a 2.78 GAA and .910 SV% in the month of November, so he will to be better this month, starting tonight. He hs gone 4-3-1 with a 1.88 GAA and .940 SV% on the road this season.

Berra allowed one goal on 13 shots after replacing Semyon Varalmov in Colorado’s loss to the Senators last Wednesday. Varlamov has started the last four games, including last night, so it looks like Berra will go tonight in New Jersey. Berra has been terrible lately, losing three in a row while posting a 5.60 GAA and .821 SV%. Tonight he faces a Devils squad that has dropped four of their last six.
