
Rattie, 22, has one assist in five games with the Blues this season. While in Chicago he has collected 42 points (21G / 21A) in 59 games. He has been recalled because the Blues are without Vladimir Tarasneko and Alex Steen right now.
There is no word as to how serious Tarasenko’s injury at this time. He is not expected to be in lineup on Thursday and could miss Friday’s contest as well. Expect a more detailed update later today.
Fleury allowed two goals on 32 shots in the Penguins win over the Sharks on Sunday. Fleury wrapped up 5-4-2 with a 2.65 GAA and .908 SV% in 11 starts in March. Fleury is 0-1 against the Flyers this season, but 24-16-2 with a 2.88 GAA and .900 SV% in his career against Philly. Fleury comes in at 20-10-4 at home this season.
Arvidsson did not have a point in six games during his recall. He heads back to the minors with the Predators off until Saturday.
Carrick had one goal and one assist in six games during his recall but will head back to the Marlies.
Ennis has missed the last two games, but will be back in the lineup tonight vs. the Maple Leafs. Ennis comes into play with two goals and three assists in his last six games prior to getting injured. With Ennis back in, Tim Schaller will be come out of the lineup.
Lindback made 28 saves on 29 shots in the Sabres win over the Coyotes on Monday. The win pushed him to 2-5-2 with a 2.62 GAA and .926 SV% since being traded to the Sabres. Tonight he will get the nod against another struggling team when he gets the call in Toronto. The Leafs have won two in a row after they had lost the seven previous contests.
Miller was injured after a faceoff, when Mark Stone fell forward and his right leg swung up just as Miller stepped forward. Miller was cut on his right cheek by the skate blade, immediately signaling to his bench that he needed to come off. Miller suffered two lacerations around his right eye, but the team announced there was no damage to the eye itself. He is questionable for Thursday’s game.
Sheahan was expected to return to the Red Wings lineup last night, but he reportedly suffered a setback prior to game-time and was held out of the lineup for the third straight game. Monitor his status prior to Thursday’s game vs. Boston.
Datsyuk missed five games with a lower-body injury, but played in the last two games prior to last night. He did not make it out for pre-game warmups because he had a “flare up” with the injury and was replaced by Daniel Cleary. Consider him day-to-day and monitor his status prior to Thursday’s game.
Mrazek made 33 saves on 34 shots in the Red Wings 2-1 shootout loss to the Senators on Tuesday. It was a lacklustre effort by the Red Wings, but Mrazek was great, earning him a fourth straight start. He has gone 1-0-1 with a 2.28 GAA and .920 SV% in his previous three starts. Tonight is a massive matchup against the Bruins, who have won three straight.
Bernier was pulled after allowing three goals on 16 shots in the Maple Leafs loss to the Panthers on Saturday. James Reimer started the last two games, including last night so it will be Bernier tonight in Buffalo. Bernier has gone 2-0-0 with a 1.45 GAA and .930 SV% in his first two starts against the Sabres.
Vasilevskiy is scheduled to get one start per week and with the Lightning on the tail-end of a back-to-back, he is expected to get the nod tonight vs. Toronto. Vasilevskiy made 33 saves in a 4-3 win over Florida in his last start. Vasilevskiy is an excellent option tonight against a Maple Leafs team who have lost seven of eight.
Ritchie, 21, has posted nine points (6G / 3A) in 31 NHL games with Dallas this season. He scored his first career NHL goal in his first career NHL game on his first shot on Dec. 31, 2014 vs. the Arizona Coyotes. In 25 games with Texas in 2014-15, he has posted 18 points (11G / 7A) and a +10 plus/minus rating.
