Hutchinson will start in goal vs. Boston.

Hutchinson allowed two goals on 34 shots in the Jets win over Columbus on Tuesday. Hutchinson has gone 4-0-1 with a 1.07 GAA and .961 SV% in his last five starts as he continues to solidify himself as the Jets number-1. Despite his recent success, he draws a very difficult matchup tonight vs. the team who drafted him.

Michael Hutchinson
Anderson will be in goal Friday vs. the Panthers.

Anderson gave up four goals on 43 shots in a loss to the Red Wings on Monday. Despite allowing four goals, Anderson was very strong for a Senators team who didn’t play great in front of him. He has given up 15 goals on 142 shots (.894 SV%) in his last four starts, but draws a strong matchup vs. Al Montoya and the Panthers.

Craig Anderson
Enroth is expected to start for the Sabres.

Enroth allowed two goals on 26 shots in the Sabres loss to Winnipeg on Wednesday. Enroth has played very well for the Sabres, winning of three with a 2.48 GAA and .930 SV%. Despite the hot-streak, he is a risky start vs. the Canadiens.

Jhonas Enroth
Luongo’s arm injury is “not serious” according to GM Dale Tallon.

Luongo suffered the arm injury in the Panthers win over the Hurricanes on Monday. He stopped all 11 shots he faced before retiring to the dressing room for the night. With Lu out, Al Montoya gets the start on Friday with Dan Ellis serving as his backup.

Roberto Luongo
Montoya starts Friday with Luongo out.

Montoya stopped all 22 shots he faced after replacing an injured Roberto Luongo in the Panthers 1-0 win on Wednesday. With Bobby Lu still out, Montoya gets the call tonight vs. the Senators. He has a 1.99 GAA and .926 SV% in six games this season.

Al Montoya
Lundqvist starts in goal on Saturday.

Lundqvist allowed four goals on 29 shots in the Rangers loss to Tampa Bay on Wednesday. Cam Talbot got the call last night and posted a shutout, so Lundqvist should be a strong a start tonight. He has gone 6-4-2 with a 2.54 GAA and .912 SV% at Madison Square Garden.

Henrik Lundqvist
Talbot starts this afternoon vs. Philadelphia.

Talbot stopped all 31 shots in the Rangers 2-0 win over the Flyers on November 19th. It was Talbot’s first win of the season and he will take on the Flyers again today looking for win number-2. He makes for a solid spot-start against a Philly team who have lost six of their last seven.

Cam Talbot
Pekka Rinne to start.

Rinne turned aside 18 of 21 shots in the Predators shootout win over the Kings on Tuesday. The W extended his winning streak to four games and made him 8-1-0 with a 1.97 GAA and .927 SV% in November. He is red-hot and the Oilers are struggling big time, so Rinne is a definite must-start tonight.

Pekka Rinne
Viktor Fasth to start.

Fasth surrendered three goals on 34 shots in the Oilers 3-2 loss to Dallas on Tuesday. The loss extended his losing streak to three games—he has posted a 3.46 GAA and .894 SV% over that stretch. The Oilers are in full-out tail-spin mode right now, so Fasth should be avoided until they start turning things around.

Viktor Fasth
Perreault missed Wednesday’s game due to an upper-body injury.

Perreault played just 9:54 in the Jets win over Columbus on Tuesday. With Perreault out, Anthony Peluso moved into the lineup and Adam Lowry shifted to centre on the third line. Perreault is day-to-day. Monitor his status prior to Friday’s game in Boston.

Mathieu Perreault
Jones leads the Kings onto the ice for warmups.

Jones allowed three goals on 33 shots in the Kings shootout loss to Nashville last night. Surprisingly the Kings will roll with Jones back-to-back instead of giving their ace Jonathan Quick the start tonight. Jones holds a 2.06 GAA and .922 SV% in five outings this season.

Martin Jones
The Sharks have signed Ryan Lowe to a professional tryout agreement, and Lowe will be San Jose's emergency backup goalie for Wednesday's game against Calgary.

The Sharks were scrambling to find a backup for Antti Niemi after doctors determined Wednesday morning that Troy Grosenick could not play. Grosenick, who has started two games for the Sharks, suffered an upper body injury Tuesday during practice. Alex Stalock is still on injured reserve with a knee ailment. A San Jose State alum, Lowe, 31, last played professional hockey in 2013 for the Sydney Bears of the Australian Ice Hockey League, and was hired as a goalie coach for the Jr. Sharks in May.
