Tonight he takes on a Senators team who have gone 9-1-1 in their last 11 games. Halak is 2-0-0 with a 1.46 GAA and .923 SV% vs. Ottawa this season.

Holtby allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Capitals 3-1 loss to the Rangers on Wednesday. He has gone 3-2-0 with a 1.82 GAA and .936 SV% in five starts in March. Tonight he takes on a Dallas team who has won four out of his last five games while averaging 3.60 goals per game.

Green missed Wednesday’s game, but will be back in the lineup tonight vs. Dallas. Green has five assists in his last 13 games and 38 points (5G / 33A) in 58 games this season. Expect Cam Schilling to come out of the lineup for Green.

Myers left after playing 10:36 and did not return. Myers has been excellent since being traded to the Jets, posting nine points (2G / 7A) in 12 games. Myers should be considered questionable for Saturday’s game.

If Klein misses four weeks, he could be back for the season finale. Matt Hunwick will be back in with Klein out.

Bobrovsky made 41 saves on 42 shots in the Blue Jackets 3-1 win in Detroit last night. He made a lot of saves, but not a lot of tough saves. He has won two in a row while stopping 70 of his last 74 shots (.946 SV%). Tonight he will take on the basement dwelling Oilers at home—he is 0-4-0 with a 3.37 GAA and .906 SV% on no rest this season.

Hiller stopped all 19 shots that he faced after replacing Karri Ramo in the Flames 5-4 shootout loss in Ottawa on Sunday. He hasn’t played much recently, but has stopped 52 of the last 54 shots that he has faced (.963 SV%). He will face a Maple Leafs team he has never had a win against in his career—0-5-0 / 4.29 GAA / .863 SV%.

Rinne stopped 27 of 28 shots in the Predators 2-1 OT win over Arizona on Monday. The win snapped a five-game losing skid for Rinne. Tonight will be his third start of the season vs. San Jose. In their first two meetings, Rinne went 1-1-0 with a 1.01 GAA and .974 SV%—he stopped 42 of 43 in a winning effort in February.

Quick allowed two goals on 23 shots in the Kings 5-2 win in Colorado on Tuesday. He has won three out of his last four starts while posting a 1.95 GAA and .902 SV%. Tonight he makes his third start against the Canucks—Quick has gone 2-0-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .914 SV% in the first two games.

Dubinsky missed the morning skate because of an illness and will be held out of tonight’s game against the Red Wings as a result. Nick Foligno will be back in the lineup after missing Tuesday’s game with an illness.

Boychuk, 31, was set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season, but is now signed through the 2021-22 season. He is having a great year, posting seven goals (4 PPG), 25 assists (32 points), a plus-17 rating and 2.68 shots per game through 59 games. He will have an annual cap-hit of $6M until he is 38 years old.

Orpik will miss a second straight game with a lower-body injury. He is listed as day-to-day.

Bolland missed the last eight games with a combination of an upper-body injury and illness. Bolland will start out as the fourth-line left wing tonight vs. the Jets.

Little came onto the ice in a no-contact jersey late in the Jets morning skate, which suggests he will miss his third straight game. Little remains day-to-day, so monitor his status before Saturday’s game in Tampa Bay.

Lack made 29 saves on 30 shots in the Canucks win over the Ducks on Monday. He has won back-to-back games while stopping 67 of 70 shots against the Ducks and Sharks. He’ll have another tough matchup tonight, but he has gone 4-1-1 with a 2.43 GAA and.927 SV% since Ryan Miller got hurt.

Miller is two and a half weeks into a 4-6 week timetable, so according to Willie Desjardins it is looking like he will be back closer to the end of that time frame than the beginning. Since he was injured, Eddie Lack has gone 4-1-1 with a 2.43 GAA and .927 SV%, so the Canucks appear to be in good hands.
