Nick Foligno will be in the lineup tonight and Sean Collins will sit.
Foligno sat out of Tuesday's game because of personal reasons, but he returns to the Blue Jackets top line tonight. Foligno has three goals and three assists in 10 games.
NHL Hockey Player News
Horton (shoulder) skated for the second day in a row.
Horton is not expected to return any time soon, but this is a good sign that he is progressing towards his Blue Jackets debut. Horton underwent an MRI on Wednesday, but the results and a timetable for his return have yet to be released.
Burns (face) will not play tonight vs. Vancouver.
Burns will miss his eighth straight game since being injured in a collision on October 19. He continues to practice with the Sharks but is not ready to return to the lineup. He will likely return at some point during the Sharks upcoming road trip that starts on Sunday in Winnipeg.
Goalie Start
Dubnyk is expected to get the nod for the Oilers.
Dubnyk allowed three goals on 23 shots in an overtime win over the Panthers on Tuesday. It was his first win since Ocotber 22, so it was nice to see Dubnyk return on a high-note after missing three games with an ankle injury. Tonight he has a much more difficult matchup when the Oilers take on the Lightning.
Neal (lower-body) predicted he needs another good week of skating/practice before he can return to the Penguins lineup.
Neal will not play on Saturday and likely won't play on Wednesday vs. the Flyers.
Franzen (illness) has been ruled out for tonight and Saturday.
The Red WIngs are hopeful that Franzen will be available for Tuesday. Detroit head coach Mike Babcock says that Franzen will need practice time before he returns to the lineup.
Goalie Start
Rask starts for the Bruins.
Rask stopped 34 of 36 shots in a 3-2 shootout loss to the Stars on Tuesday. Kari Lehtonen was equal to the task stopping 34 shots as well in the other net. Rask gets the nod against an inferior Panthers team tonight. He allowed two goals on 29 shots in a win over Florida on October 17.
Goalie Start
Luongo is the Canucks projected starter.
Luongo turned aside 30 of 32 shots in a shootout loss to the Coyotes on Tuesday. It was another strong performance from Bobby Lu, who hasn't allowed more than two goals in any of his last five games. Tonight he would face a good Sharks team - however they have lost three straight.
Goalie Start
Niemi is expected to get the start for the Sharks.
After a ridiculous start to the season, Niemi has lost three straight starts. Niemi has allowed four goals in two of his last three starts and has seen his GAA bump up to 1.88. We are not worried about Niemi but he takes on the Canucks tonight, which isn't an ideal matchup.
Waiver Move
Tootoo has cleared waivers.
Tootoo will remain in Detroit for now. Until they have to send him to Grand Rapids, when Jonathan Ericsson comes off LTIR next week.
David Perron (neck) may join the team on the road trip. Edmonton play Philadelphia on Saturday and Chicago on Sunday.
Perron will miss his fourth consecutive game tonight, but monitor his status prior to Saturday's contest.
Penguins announce signing of enforcer Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond to two year, two-way contract. Worth $550,000 at NHL level.
Letourneau-Leblond is not fantasy relevant.
Dupuis (undisclosed) was absent from Penguins practice this morning.
Dupuis left Wednesday's game after the second period and did not return. The Penguins don't play until Saturday so there is a chance that Dupuis will be good to go. Jayson Megna was practicing in Dupuis spot alongside Sidney Crosby and Chris Kunitz.
Goalie Start
There are conflicting reports as to who is starting for the Flyers.
We are now hearing it could be Ray Emery, after Flyers head coach Craig Berube hinted it would be Steve Mason. Emery gets the nod against the same Devils team that he shutout on Saturday. After going 17-1-0 with a 1.94 GAA and .922 SV% with the Blackhawks last season, Emery really hasn't been given a chance this season. So far he is 1-2-0 with a 3.59 GAA and .870 SV%, but he has a great matchup tonight.
Glenncross will miss six weeks with a second degree MCL sprain.
Glencross was injured in Tuesday's contest with the Wild. This is a tough break for the Flames, the 30-year-old Glencross had five goals and four assists in 15 games.
Goalie Start
Schneider will start on Friday vs. Toronto.
Schneider allowed three goals on 19 shots in a loss to the Wild on Sunday. He still only has one win this season, despite a solid 2.27 GAA. Schneider has a tough matchup vs. Toronto tomorrow.
Neal (lower-body) is on the ice with the Penguins for the second day in a row.
Neal will have to be activated from IR before he can rejoin the Penguins lineup. Neal is questionable for Saturday's contest with the Blues, but monitor his status going forward - he is nearing a return.
Elias (upper-body) is not traveling with the Devils on their two-game road trip.
Monitor Elias' status for Sunday's home game vs. the Predators.
Line Change
Omark will be in the lineup tonight.
Omark was recalled by the Oilers yesterday and will replace Ben Eager in the lineup tonight. Omark has eight goals and four assists in 12 games with Oklahoma City (AHL). He spent the lockout shortened season in Switzerland, where he scored 17 goals and added 52 assists (69 points) in 48 games.

Lehtonen starts vs. the Red Wings.
Lehtonen was great against the Bruins on Tuesday. He turned aside 34 of 36 shots to match Tuukka Rask and win 3-2 in a shootout. It was his second straight win and he will look to extend that to three tonight vs. the Red Wings. It is not the best matchup for Lehtonen, but he has been playing well as of late.
