Crawford was not nearly as busy as Josh Harding was in Game 2. He only saw 28 shots and stopped 26 of them. He has been great thus far posting a 2-0 record with a 1.31 GAA and .945 SV%.

Harding saw a lot of rubber in Game 2. He stopped 43 of the 47 shots the Blackhakws fired at him. He is 0-2 with a 2.65 GAA and .929 SV% through the first two games of the series.

Granlund collected eight points (2-6=8) in 27 games with Minnesota this season. The 5-foot-10, 186-pound native of Oulu, Fin., recorded 28 points (10-18=28) in 29 games with the Aeros this season and added two points (1-1=2) in five playoff games.

Veilleux notched eight points (3-5=8) and 45 PIM in 33 regular season games with the Aeros this season and added one assist, six penalty minutes and a plus-2 rating in three playoff games with Houston.

Dowell skated in two games with Minnesota this season and averaged 8:32 in TOI/game. He recorded nine points (4-5=9) and 34 penalty minutes (PIM) in 37 games with Houston this season and added one assist in four playoff games.

The hearing, scheduled for 4 p.m. EST, comes after Abdelkader’s hit on Ducks defenseman Toni Lydman late in the second period of Game 3 on Saturday. Abdelkader received a five-minute major penalty for charging and an automatic game misconduct at 15:11. A woozy Lydman left the game and did not return.

Dorsett will make his Rangers debut this afternoon. He had three goals, six assists and a minus-11 in 24 games with the Blue Jackets this season.

Boyle (leg) missed the last six games of the regular season and Game 1 but will return to the lineup this afternoon. He had two goals, three assists and was a minus-13 in 38 games this season.

Howard was great in Game 3 until allowing three goals in third period. The series moves back to Joe Louis Arena where Howard was 13-7-4 with a 2.12 GAA and .923 SV% this season.

Hiller allowed five goals on 32 shots in the Game 2 overtime loss. The series shifts back to Detroit for Game 3 where Hiller will need to play very well because the Red Wings offense looked strong in Game 2.

This means Todd Bertuzzi is out. Samuelsson has been out almost all season having played in just four games. He will skate on the Red Wings fourth line as well as play the point on the second power-play unit.

Holtby was excellent in Game 1 stopping 35 of 36 shots in the 3-1 win over the Rangers. He out-duled 'King' Henrik in the first game and will need to do that in each game for the Capitals to come out on top.

Lundqvist kept the Rangers in Game 1 but allowed a pair of soft goals in the 3-1 loss. Lundqvist is a premier goalie and will need to be on top of his game if the Rangers offense continues to struggle.

Reimer was peppered in Game 1, he allowed four goals on 40 shots in the 4-1 loss. He will be the Leafs starter for the playoffs, but getting past the Bruins is not going to be an easy task.

Babcock said he will insert Lashoff into DeKeyser's spot alongside Jakub Kindl, at least to start the game.
