After finally getting into a game, Jaskin was skating as an extra forward in practice in favour of Cracknell
We have Josefson in for now and will update if anything changes.
Will update forward lines as we find out.
With Skinner out, the Canes only skates 11 forwards this morning. Ruutu found himself on the second line and the 4th line was missing a skater. Will update as we learn more. They could go with 7 D or play Bergeron on forward, although he did practice as a D-man.
Carcillo draws into the lineup on the second line while Kruger moves down to the 4th and Bollig hits the press box
Johnson will be in-line for a difficult matchup vs. the Blues.
Daley has 13 points in 40 games this season.
Peters will continue filling in for the injured Cam Ward and Dan Ellis. Peters isn't a recommended starter in any formats.
Greene has not played since Jan 19 and will provide vital defensive depth for the Kings down the stretch. Expect Greene to suit up tonight.
Gunnarsson has been out with a lower body injury.
This is a clear indication that Bieksa will miss tonight's game with his lower body injury and may miss more time for further evaluation.
With Brodeur leaving the optional skate early, he would be the defunct starter tonight. Brodeur is winless in his last 10 starts.
Filling in for the injured Halak, Elliott has seen a resurgence since his early season struggles. In 7 games this April (6 starts), Elliott is 6-1-0 with a 1.03 GAA and a .959 SV%.
Bishop has allowed 12 goals over his last 3 starts - getting pulled after the first period in one of them. While things haven't gone his way, he's getting the opportunity to be the goalie of the future for the Lightning. Until the team improves in front of him, however, don't count on him for much.
The on-again-off-again Pavelec is on-again as he brings a 4 game win streak into tonight's game. The slumping Hurricanes offer an opportunity for Pavelec to continue that streak to 5 games.
Sharp has played in two games since he returned so if he misses tomorrow's game, he either re-aggravated his upper body injury or is just receiving a maintenance day in anticipation of the playoffs.
Like Reimer, Nabokov has been torrid recently. He's 4-0-1 in his last 5 allowing 6 goals over that stretch. Hard to believe this would be a goalie duel on paper but it looks like it is shaping up to be one.
No word yet on why Hutton has been recalled.
Appears as if Lucic may be a healthy scratch tonight. Lucic has only scored 2 goals in his last 27 games.
With a 3-6-2 record and a 3.50 GAA, Clemmensen has struggled mightily this season. Don't count on much from him tonight vs. the Rangers.
