Schneide allowed four goals on 32 shots in a shootout loss to the Red Wings last night. The Devils will continue to ride Schnieder as he gets both starts of the back-to-back. He draws a rough matchup against an Islanders team that has won five of six.

Tokarski starts in goal for the Canadiens.
Tokarski gave up five goals on 34 shots in the Habs loss to the Rangers last Sunday. He is 3-2-0 with a 2.37 GAA and .919 SV% in five starts this season. He is a great spot-start option tonight with the Sabres in town.

Backstrom stopped all 12 shots that he faced after replacing Darcy Kuemper in the Wild’s 4-0 loss to the Kings on Wednesday. He has a 2.04 GAA and .914 SV% in seven games this season. He is a risky start with the Blues in town.

Crawford stopped 23 of 24 shots in the Blackhawks win over the Ducks last night. He will get the back-to-back starts tonight in Los Angeles.He has won five of six and is one of the hottest goalies in the league right now. Crawford is 6-3-0 with a 2.00 GAA and .931 SV% in the road this season.

Niemi gave up a single goal on 18 shots in the Sharks 2-0 loss to Calgary on Wednesday. He has lost his last four starts despite posting a 1.94 GAA and .919 SV%. He stopped 33 shots in a 4-1 win in his only start vs. Anaheim this year.

Andersen allowed three goals on 37 shots in the Ducks loss to the Hawks last night. With John Gibson still out, Andersen will get back-to-back starts. Andersen is 3-2-4 with a 2.61 GAA and .906 SV% in November.

Smid (personal) will not play on Saturday.
Smid has returned to Calgary for personal reasons. Raphael Diaz will be in the lineup with Smid out.
The Sharks have activated Alex Stalock (knee) from injured reserve.
Stalock has not started since November 8th because of a knee injury. It looks like Antti Niemi will get the start tonight, but Stalock is available.

Howard starts for the Wings on Sunday.
Howard allowed two goals on 24 shots in the Red Wings win over the Flyers on Wednesday. He has won three of his last four and will make his final start of November tonight having gone 5-3-2 with a 2.18 GAA and .912 SV% this month.

Dubnyk allowed three goals on 43 shots in the Coyotes win over the Sharks last Saturday. He has been much better than Mike Smith this season and with another win tonight he could carve out a larger role. He has gone 5-0-1 with a 2.34 GAA and .926 SV% on the year.

Peters gets the nod for the Capitals.
Peters allowed four goals on 34 shots in the Capitals loss to the Blues on November 15th. He has two wins in six games with a 3.15 GAA and .882 SV%. He makes for an OK spot-start tonight vs. the Maple Leafs.

Lehner stopped 27 of 29 shots in the Senators win over the Blues on Tuesday. He has won two of three with a 2.28 GAA and .928 SV%. He is a risky start tonight vs. the high-powered Lightning offence.

Enroth stopped 30 of 31 shots in the Sabres win over the Canadiens last night. He will get another shot at the Habs tonight in Montreal. He has gone 3-4-0 with a 3.17 GAA and .909 SV% in November. Despite the win last night, he is a risky start tonight.

Emery leads the Flyers onto the ice for warmups.
Emery allowed a single goal on 10 shots after replacing Steve Mason in the Flyers loss to the Red Wings on Wednesday. He has four wins with a 3.16 GAA and a .898 SV% in nine appearances on the season. He has a tough matchup vs. the Rangers.
Bouwmeester (lower-body) has been placed on injured reserve.
Bouwmeester will miss his fourth straight game on Saturday. With Bouwmeester on IR the Blues have recalled Petteri Lindbohm from Chicago (AHL). Bouwmeester is considered day-to-day.

Schneider is not on the ice for the Devils optional skate, which suggests he will start tonight on Long Island. He allowed four goals on 32 shots in a shootout loss to the Red Wings last night. The Islanders are red-hot right now, making Schneider a risky start.
Boyle will not play on Saturday due to flu-like symptoms.
Teammate Tanner Glass has a case of mumps, so Boyle may have contracted the virus. He will be replaced tonight by John Moore and is considered day-to-day.
Ryan is out indefinitely with a fractured finger.
Ryan’s finger was fractured on a slash last night vs. Florida. There is no definitive timetable for how long he will be out, but it will likely be 3-4 weeks at the very least. Victor Hedman missed six weeks with the same injury.
