Versteeg's participation in tomorrow's practice will indicate whether he plays in this week's games. The top line right wing has 22 goals and 49 points in 59 games.

Bowman was absent from today's practice and could miss a few games. Through 25 games, he has two goals and seven points.

Letang has yet to resume on-ice activity. It would be shocking for the Penguins to rush the defenseman back after sustaining two concussions this season.

Edmonton recalled Linus Omark from the OKC. Omark,25,has played 18 games this year with the Barons recording six goals and 10 assists.
Omark has no points in five games this season. He likely provides insurance for the injured Taylor Hall.
Nicklas Backstrom is in Sweden to see a specialist about the concussion that has kept him out of the lineup for 27 games, according to a report by Swedish newspaper Expressen.
There has been close to no good news on Backstrom since he got hurt. Returning to Sweden would be the icing on the cake for his owners.

Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
