Getzlaf sat out on Sunday after being banged up vs. Buffalo - in a game he registered a hat-trick. The injury is expected to be minor and he could play on Tuesday vs. the Panthers.

Leopold suffered the injury over the weekend and missed Saturday's contest. Following an evaluation it was announced he would need surgery to repair a ligament. Ian Cole will fill the void on the St. Louis blueline. Leopold has two assists in 13 games, but will be out until January.

Stamkos was in obvious pain and has been taken to the hospital for X-rays. It looked gruesome and could be a severe injury for the Lightning sniper. We will get a full update when it is released.

Halak shut the door on 19 of 20 shots in a win over the Penguins on Saturday. It was his fourth win in his last five starts and his ninth on the year. Halak carries a solid 2.19 GAA and .913 SV% in Tuesday's contest with the Coyotes.

Lundqvist gave up three goals on 27 shots in a win over the Panthers on Sunday. Remember when you were panicking about his start? Well, in his last five starts he has four wins with a 1.40 GAA, a .949 SV% and one shutout. 'King Henrik' will go head-to-head with Martin Brodeur who has back-to-back shutouts.

Skinner has missed seven games with an upper-body injury and will be out until late November.

Briere practiced over the weekend in a full-contact capacity. He has been out since October 19 (missed last 10 games) but head coach Michel Therrien said “We hope Daniel Briere can come back tomorrow. We’ll make a decision after morning skate on Tuesday”. Monitor his status tomorrow.

Emelin has not appeared in a game this season but was stlll inked to a four-year contract extension in October. He is an important part of the Canadiens blueline, but is not a useful fantasy asset.

Khudobin was originally expected to be back before Cam Ward, but Ward has resumed skating and Khudobin has not. He would have had a chance to be the Hurricanes number-1 for a shot period of time, but he remains week-to-week and will be Ward's backup when he returns.

Weber is on IR with a broken thumb and has been practicing lately, but is not quite ready. Tuesday will be the eighth consecutive game that he will have missed, but he should be back on the Sabres blueline shortly.

Franzen has missed the last four games and five of the last six games with an illness. He was skating on the Red Wings second line with Daniel Alfredsson and Darren Helm in Monday's practice. Franzen has struggled to two goals and three assists in 13 games.

After a solid October, Rask has been spectacular in November - he carries a 2-0-1 record with a 1.30 GAA and .957 SV% into this Veteran's Day matinee with the Lightning. Steven Stamkos has six game goal streak (7G in 6 games), so this is not a great matchup - but Rask is a must-start regardless of who the opposition is.

Lindback allowed three goals on 32 shots in a win over the Panthers on October 27. The Lightning were expected to have a balance of Lindback and Ben Bishop this season, but Bishop has clearly taken over the number-1 job as he continues to take the NHL by storm. Linback has a tough matchup today vs. a great Bruins team.

McQuaid was injured in Saturday's contest after playing just 0:44. The Bruins haven't released any details on McQuaid's injury so there is no telling how long he will be out, for now consider him day-to-day.

With back-to-back shutouts, he has only allowed two goals in his last four outings. Brodeur will face a surging Rangers team who have won six of their last seven.
