The Hurricanes have recalled goaltender Mike Murphy from Charlotte (AHL).

Murphy is 1-2-0 with a 3.81 goals-against average in three games with Charlotte this season. The Kingston, Ont., native has appeared in two career NHL games with the Hurricanes, playing for 36 minutes without allowing a goal.

Jonathan Bernier looks to be the starting goalie for the Leafs in Columbus.

Bernier allowed two goals on 25 shots in a 4-2 win over the Ducks on Tuesday. It was his first win in his last three starts, and is on track to make his ninth start in the Maple Leafs last 10 games. He is 5-3-0 with a 2.12 GAA and .936 SV%. He has a solid matchup vs. a Blue Jackets team that ranks 21st in the NHL in scoring.

Jonathan Bernier
Enroth will start for the Sabres.

Enroth allowed two goals on 20 shots in a loss to the Wild on October 14th. He has yet to record a win in three starts, while posting a 2.66 GAA and .909 SV%. He has a solid chance to earn his first victory tonight vs. Jacob Markstrom and the Panthers.

Minnesota Wild has recalled goaltender Johan Gustafsson from the Iowa Wild (AHL).

Gustafsson is 2-0-0 with a 1.99 goals-against average (GAA), a .935 save percentage (SV%) and one shutout in three games with Iowa this season. The 6-foot-2, 199-pound tendy, went 20-13-0 with a 1.70 GAA, a .929 SV% and four shutouts in 33 games for Lulea HF in Sweden’s Elite League last season.

Johan Gustafsson
Nabokov starts vs. Pittsburgh.

Nabokov gave up five goals on 33 shots in a loss to the Canucks on Tuesday. He has a tough matchup vs. the Penguins tonight- he was 1-4-0 with a 3.04 GAA and .893 SV% vs. Pittsburgh last season. He has lost four of his last five starts, I would avoid this one tonight.

Evgeni Nabokov
Joffrey Lupul is not on the ice at Nationwide Arena for the Maple Leafs morning skate.

Lupul left Thursday's skate after suffering a bruised foot from taking a shot off of the foot. Missing the morning skate suggests he might not be in the lineup tonight, but wait for an official update this afternoon.

Joffrey Lupul
Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau says that Selanne is a game time decision tonight against the Senators.

Boudreau stated at the start of the season that Selanne will sit the majority of back-to-back situations. Selanne was in the lineup last night vs. Montreal, so there is a good chance that he sits tonight.

Teemu Selanne
Lundqvist is taking part in his second straight morning skate.

Lundqvist, who sat on Thursday, said he didn't know if he would play on Saturday vs. Detroit. The fact that he is skating for a a second straight day is a good sign that he should be good to go tomorrow. Continue to monitor his status tomorrow.

Henrik Lundqvist
Tatar has been moved into the Red Wings top-6.

Tatar has been either a healthy scratch or a third liner to this point, but this morning Mike Babcock had him skating with Henrik Zetterberg and Johan Franzen. Don't buy too much into this until he plays with them in a game, but after an embarassing 6-1 loss the other night, don't be surprised if Babcock keeps this shake-up intact tomorrow vs. New York.

Tomas Tatar
Zatkoff first off the ice - he goes tonight vs. the Islanders.

The Penguins indicated earlier in the week that Zatkoff would start one of their back-to-back games. He gets the easier matchup vs. the Islanders, expect Fleury tomorrow vs. the Maple Leafs. Zatkoff struggled in his NHL debut, he allowed six goals on 30 shots against a mediocre Panthers team.

Jeff Zatkoff
Markstrom gets the nod for the Panthers.

Markstrom will start his first game since October 15th, when he allowed four goals on 30 shots in a losing effort vs. Nashville. The last time Tim Thomas went down with an injury, Markstrom didn’t play great, but he has a solid matchup vs. Buffalo tonight – He is risky, but it could work out.

Jacob Markstrom
Letang, as expected, is on the ice for the Penguins' game-day skate. Expected to play tonight for the first time this season.

Letang has been sidelined for the Penguins first nine games because of a knee injury. The Penguins went 7-2-0 without their star defenseman, so his presence on the back-end and on the power-play will only bolster and already elite lineup. There were reports that he was 'flying' in practice this week, making him safe to deploy tonight - if he plays of course.

Kris Letang
Bergenheim will make his season debut tonight vs. the Sabres.

Bergenheim hasn't played in an NHL game since 2011-12 after getting injured overseas during the lockout last season. He is coming off of offseason hip/abdomen surgery. He likely won't have too much fantasy value, unless he works his way into the Panthers top-6. He will skate on the fourth line tonight with Scott Gomez and Jesse Winchester.

Sean Bergenheim
Sergei Bobrovsky starts in goal.

Bobrovsky allowed one goal on 25 shots in a 4-1 win over the Devils on Tuesday. The win snapped a four-game losing streak and was his third of the season. Last year’s Vezina trophy winner has a 2.49 GAA and .921 SV% in eight starts to begin the season. He has a tough matchup vs. the 7-3-0 Maple Leafs tonight.

Sergei Bobrovsky
David Clarkson is expected to make his Toronto debut after serving a 10-game suspension to start the season.

Clarkson was involved in a preseason incident in which he left the Leafs bench to join a fight against the Buffalo Sabres. A native of suburban Toronto, Clarkson signed a huge seven-year contract with the Leafs this summer and was one of the most sought-after free agents. His addition to a Leafs team that's already playing well should be a significant boost.

David Clarkson
Harding left Thursday's contest with a lower body injury and did not return.

Harding appeared to have injured his knee while attempting to stop an Alexander Semin shot on the power-play. He finished the period, however was noticeably flexing his knee periodically. He didn't return for the third as Niklas Backstrom, who hasn't played since October 8th and isn't 100% either finished up the game. Harding was awarded the win after stopping 20 of 21 shots and exited with a 2-1 lead intact.
