Dubnyk will start tomorrow.

Dubnyk finally chalked up his first win this season in a win over the Senators on Saturday. He was great stopping 35 of 36 shots, earning himself the start tomorrow. The Rangers recalled Chris Kreider from Hartford (AHL).

Kreider has two goals and two assists in six games with Hartford. The Rangers don't play again until Thursday, but he was skating on the top-line this morning with Brad Richards and Derek Stepan. He was the 19th overall pick in 2009 but has yet to take the next step in his NHL career. This could be the chance he needs with all the injuries that have hit New York.

Chris Kreider
Sean Bergenheim on the ice and working in regular practice.

Bergenheim missed all of last season and is one-year removed from surgery on his hip and abdomen. He was skating today with Brad Boyes and Scott Gomez and should be returning to the lineup in the near future. He has been a mid-20's point producer throughout his career; and that is what you should expect out of him in 2013-14.

Sean Bergenheim
Niemi starts tonight for the Sharks.

Niemi allowed three goals on 19 shots in a 6-3 win over the Flames on Saturday. After not allowing more than two goals in his first six starts, Niemi has allowed three goals in each of his last two starts. He has a tough matchup in Detroit tonight.

Lehtonen has missed five games with a lower body injury. He is still listed as day to day with no firm return, but the target is probably Thursday. “He’s probably 94 or 95 percent, so do you want to take that chance?” goalie coach Mike Valley said. “If you wait, then you can get him back at 100 percent.”

Kari Lehtonen
Moulson-Tavares-Okposo
