Chris Phillips had to get his broken nose re-set tonight. Don't expect him to play vs NYR on Thursday.
Phillips is expected to miss at least one game. He has four goals and 17 points in 65 games. Expect Matt Carkner to get back into the lineup.
Jim O'Brien's upper body injury has been something that was nagging him. Club felt it was best to rest him now before it got worse.
Sounds like O'Brien might miss a few games. The rookie has two goals and three points in 14 games.

Jackman is the latest Flames forward to succumb to injury. Through 66 games, Jackman has a goal and seven points with 88 PIM. If he can't play, the Flames will either dress Anton Babchuk or make an additional roster move.

Tough break for Armstrong, who simply cannot stay healthy. He will not be available for tomorrow's game.

One can only assume Jagr is absent with a groin injury-- the same affliction that has plagued him all season. At 40, he is enjoying a decent year with 17 goals and 44 points in 55 games.

In the 2023-24 season, there were a total of 14 suspensions and 17 fines issued throughout the NHL. The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
