Whitney was pronounced in yesterday but is unlikely to play now. Sidelined since the end of December with a nagging ankle injury it remains to be seen if he will get fully healthy this year.

Chorney will play in only his third game of the season with the Oilers. He has a goal and seven points over 60 career games.

In his first 33 games with the Kings, Hunter has two goals and seven points. He will continue rotating in and out of the lineup.
Westgarth will fill in on the fourth line tonight. He has 34 PIM through 20 games.
In three career starts against the Sens, Quick has a 2-1-0 record with a 2.02 GAA, .923 SV% and one shutout.

Ehrhoff will get back into the lineup for the first time since December 30th. He has three goals and 17 points on the season and should boost the Sabres attack from the back end.

Ennis practiced on the second line this morning but will not play until after the break. Limited to only 15 games, the diminutive forward has three goals and five points on the season.

Brennan is now out indefinitely due to the concussion. The rookie defenseman has a goal over eight games.

Boyes is certainly questionable to play tomorrow against the Devils. He has three goals and 11 points through 35 games.

Sounds like Byers was simply insurance for an injured forward. He has no points through five games with the Blue Jackets.
Johansen draws out for tonight's game. The rookie has eight goals and 16 points through 41 games.

In 15 career starts against the Preds, Mason has a 5-6-4 record with a 2.42 GAA, .914 SV% and two shutouts.

Crawford is 3-2-1 with a 2.46 GAA and .909 SV% vs. the Predators in his career.

Dubnyk looks like he's the preferred choice in the short-term compared to Khabibulin. Dubnyk is 2-2 with a 2.77 GAA and .917 SV% against the Sharks in his career.

Reese sticks in the lineup for tonight's game. He has a goal and an assist in 12 games this season.

In five career starts against the Leafs, Nabokov has a 3-1-1 record with a 2.57 GAA and .908 SV%.

Bickell gets back into the lineup. He has four goals and nine points through 40 games this season.

Frolik moves to a better line after toiling on the fourth. He now has five goals and 13 points over 47 games but is unlikely to regain his scoring touch.

Bolland moves up to the top line with Toews injured. He has 14 goals and 25 points through 45 games which includes 10 points in 11 January games.

Toews did not skate today and likely won't play before the break. The team's captain has 27 goals and 50 points on the season. Look for Dave Bolland to replace him in the lineup.
