Due to injuries, Dvorak gets bumped into a scoring role. He's chipped in three goals and 19 points in 43 games. He could help the pesky stars sneak through this rash of injuries.
Expect Fiddler to play more of an offensive role due to the team's injuries. He has exactly one PP over the past three seasons.

With all the line juggling Ryder moves down to the third line. The sniper has 17 goals and 32 points in 43 games.

Ott centers the second line tonight in place of both of the team's injured pivots. The agitator is enjoying a nice season offensively with seven goals and 20 points through 37 games. Expect him to center the top PP unit as well.

Benn is still expected to miss a week to 10 days due to his emergency appendectomy. With Mike Ribeiro already out of the lineup the Stars are down their top two centers. Benn scored 13 goals and 42 points in 43 games. You can probably rule him out over the next five games.

Bachman has never faced the Red Wings.

In nine career appearances against the Blues, Lehtonen has a 7-1-0 record with a 1.73 GAA, .944 SV% and one shutout.

Van Riemsdyk remains out indefinitely as the team brings him back along slowly. Before getting hurt he scored 11 goals and 22 points in 37 games.

In four career starts against the Sens, Reimer has a 3-0-1 record with a 1.97 GAA, .929 SV% and one shutout.

Smith misses his second consecutive game with the flu.


Flood gets back into the lineup after a bout with the flu. He has three goals and six points in 25 games.
Miettinen replaces Chris Thorburn on the fourth line. The sniper has two assists through 12 games on the Jets.
Look for Fehr to replace Blake Wheeler on the top line. He has a goal and an assist in his first 20 games in Winnipeg.

Betts remains out indefinitely. Should he return, look for him to help center the fourth line.
The rookie has two assists in 10 games.
