Tough break for Vincour, who won't play for the rest of the calendar year. The rookie Vincour scored a goal and three points in his 14-game stint. Expect Toby Petersen or a scratched defender to fill in for him on the fourth line.
Goalie Start
The 34-year-old will make his third consecutive start for the Avs when they host the St. Louis Blues tomorrow night at the Pepsi Center, coach Joe Sacco said after practice today.
In 26 career appearances against the Blues, Giguere has a 14-7-1-2 record with a 2.35 GAA, .915 SV% and three shutouts.
Ebbett may play against Red Wings.
The undrafted center has a goal and an assist through five games with the Canucks. He could be an option on the third or fourth line tomorrow.

For what it's worth, Ferrerio is manning a wing with Joe Thornton and Joe Pavelski at practice.
He scored nine goals and 20 points in 20 AHL games and gets a shot at the top line.

Mitchell moves back to the third line after moving around the top three lines. The Montreal native has three goals and seven points in 26 games.
