Pitkanen plays a lot of minutes and is clearly banged up so expect a few more maintenance days. He's scored three goals and 11 points in 19 games with a minus-11 rating.

Harrison is still injured and likely misses a few more games. When he returns, the team will have eight healthy defensemen.

UPDATE: Joakim Lindstrom has been reassigned to Skelleftea (Sweden).
Lindstrom's second tour of North America was about as successful as his first. He returns to his homeland where he is expected to dominate the SEL.

Hamrlik was a healthy scratch last night but now has a mysterious injury. With one goal through 23 games he holds no fantasy hockey value.

Semin moves back to the left side where he will play his natural position. The enigmatic winger has struggled most of the season with only five goals and 10 points through 23 games. He's currently on pace for this lowest totals since his rookie year.

In the 2023-24 season, there were a total of 14 suspensions and 17 fines issued throughout the NHL. The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
