Daccord will start in Boston on Thursday.

Daccord had his first night off in nearly a month on Tuesday, and despite Philipp Grubauer playing well in a 2-1 victory over the New York Islanders, the Kraken will return to Daccord between the pipes on Thursday night. Daccord and the Kraken have fallen off after an amazing run through December and the beginning of January, but the netminder has played well despite winning only two of his last nine games (2-6-1), posting a respectable .916 SV%.

Joey Daccord
Nedeljkovic will start in Chicago on Thursday.

As expected, Nedeljkovic will be between the pipes for the Penguins as they travel to Chicago on Thursday to play their second game in as many nights. Nedeljkovic's last start came on February 9th in Minnesota, when he allowed three goals on 30 shots enroute to a 3-2 defeat. Nedeljkovic has performed well when called upon this season, posting an 8-4-3 record to go along with an impressive .917 SV%. He and the Penguins are -190 favourites to pick up the win in Chicago on Thursday.

Alex Nedeljkovic
Swayman will start against the Kraken on Thursday.

As has been the case most of the season, Swayman will tend the twine on Thursday, replacing Linus Ullmark, the starter in the Bruins' previous contest. Swayman has lost consecutive games in regulation, a first-time occurrence for the All-Star netminder, allowing six goals on 57 shots and posting an uncharacteristically low .895 SV%. That said, the Bruins are -181 home favourites against a Seattle Kraken club with only three wins in their last 10 games (3-6-1).

Jeremy Swayman
Rittich will start in New Jersey on Thursday.

Despite being pulled after giving up five goals on just 17 shots in Tuesday's 7-0 thrashing at the hands of the Sabres, Rittich will be back between the pipes for the Kings on Thursday. This might be the strongest indication that it really is Rittich's starting job at this point, though to be fair, Cam Talbot didn't fare much better on Tuesday. Rittich owns a 6-2-3 record on the season to go along with a .919 SV% and a 2.23 GAA. He and the Kings have even odds to pick up the win in New Jersey on Thursday.

David Rittich
Tavares (illness) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play against the Flyers on Thursday.

Tavares, William Nylander, and Mitch Marner were all absent from practice on Wednesday due to illness but appears to be ready to go after returning to practice on Thursday. Tavares has six points (3G / 3A) in his last four games after being held without a point in his previous nine.

John Tavares
Comrie will start against the Panthers on Thursday.

Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen was originally expected to start but has been diagnosed with a lower-body injury so Eric Comrie will get his first start since December 5th, 2023. The 28-year-old will look to improve on his horrific overall season numbers as he is 1-5-0 with a 4.61 GAA and .863 SV%. He will host the red-hot Florida Panthers at home Thursday, who have won seven of their last eight games and lead the NHL in shots per game (34.1).

Eric Comrie
Gibson will start in Ottawa on Thursday.

Gibson will be back between the pipes for the Ducks when they travel to Ottawa on Thursday after Lukas Dostal got the nod in Tuesday's 5-0 defeat to the Canadiens. Gibson was forced to leave his last start on February 9th against the Oilers due to a lower-body injury, allowing two goals on 21 shots before giving way to Dostal. Gibson had been enjoying a nice stretch of form prior to the injury, posting a 2-0-1 record and a .919 SV% across his last four appearances. He'll be hard-pressed to come away with a victory on Thursday as the Ducks find themselves as +195 underdogs in Ottawa.

John Gibson
Korpisalo will start against the Ducks on Thursday.

Korpisalo had the night off on Tuesday, a 6-3 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets, but will return to the crease on Thursday as the Senators attempt to extend their four-game winning streak. Korpisalo has been excellent lately, winning three straight while allowing three or fewer goals in each and posting a .935 SV%. The Senators are sizeable -202 home favourites against an Anaheim Ducks squad that was limited to only 13 shots on goal in their last contest, a 5-0 loss to the Montreal Canadiens.

Joonas Korpisalo
Tinordi (groin) will be back in the Blackhawks lineup on Thursday.

Tinordi has missed the last two games due to a groin injury but will draw back into the lineup on Thursday as he replaces Isaak Philips. The 31-year-old towering defenseman has yet to score this season but has six assists, 40 PIMs, 21 SOG and a -6 plus/minus through 30 games played.
