Acciari (upper body) was forced to leave the Penguins' previous game and did not practice Thursday.

Acciari was limited to only 5:35 time-on-ice in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Winnipeg Jets before exiting the game with an upper-body injury. Acciari has played 11 of the past 12 games for the Penguins but failed to register a point in that time while averaging 12:58 time-on-ice.

Noel Acciari
Wotherspoon will draw back into the Bruins' lineup Thursday vs. Vancouver.

Kevin Shattenkirk will be a healthy scratch on Thursday, allowing Wotherspoon to re-enter the lineup. Wotherspoon did not play in the Bruins' return to action from the All-Star break on Tuesday but played in their previous two games, recording five hits while averaging just under 18 minutes of ice time.

Parker Wotherspoon
Bobrovsky will start Thursday vs. Washington.

After participating in the All-Star festivities over the weekend, the Panthers opted to give Bobrovsky the night off in their return to action on Tuesday, a 2-1 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers. Bobrovsky will return to the crease on Thursday, looking to build off his last two performances (2-0-0), in which he saved 66 of 70 shots (.943 SV%). The Panthers are significant -270 home favourites against a Washington Capitals club riding a five-game losing streak (0-4-1).

Sergei Bobrovsky
Hughes (upper body) will return on Thursday vs. Calgary.

Hughes has not played since January 5th but will return to the lineup on Thursday against the Calgary Flames. The Devils are coming off an impressive 5-3 victory over the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday but have predominantly struggled in Hughes' absence. Hughes has been limited to only 32 games in an injury-plagued 2023-24 campaign but has 45 points (15G / 30A).

Jack Hughes
Ersson will start on Thursday vs. Winnipeg.

Erson was tremendous in the Flyers' first game back from the All-Star break and will return to the crease on Thursday. On Tuesday, Ersson saved 20 of 21 shots (.952 SV%) in an impressive 2-1 victory over the Florida Panthers, snapping a five-game losing streak for Ersson and the Flyers. That said, the Flyers are +120 home underdogs against a Winnipeg Jets team outscored 12-3 over their past four games (0-3-1).

Samuel Ersson
Vanecek is in the starter's crease at New Jersey's morning skate.

Vanecek will start for the third straight game on Thursday night when the Devils host the Calgary Flames. Vanecek was terrific in his last outing, snapping a two-game losing skid by limiting the high-scoring Colorado Avalanche to only three goals on 38 shots (.921 SV%) in a 5-3 victory. The Devils enter action as -137 home favourites despite the Flames carrying momentum from a 4-1 win over the Boston Bruins on Tuesday.

Vitek Vanecek
Sorokin is in the starter's crease at Thursday's morning skate.

Sorokin will likely return to the crease on Thursday after a solid performance in his last outing. The talented netminder saved 35 of 37 shots (.946 SV%) in a 3-2 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday, only his second win in his last seven outings. The rested Islanders are -139 home favourites against a Tampa Bay Lighting club that played last night and was defeated 3-1 by the New York Rangers.

Ilya Sorokin
Ingram will start Thursday vs. Vegas.

Ingram will continue to lock down the Coyotes' crease as he makes his third straight start in the first game after Arizona's All-Star break. The 26-year-old was considered somewhat of an All-Star snub as he's broken out in his third NHL season with a 17-11-1 record, 2.61 GAA, .916 SV%, and five shutouts. He'll face the Vegas Golden Knights, who are riding a high after snapping Edmonton's 16-game win streak Tuesday and have won six of their last eight contest.

Connor Ingram
Poitras underwent shoulder surgery and will be sidelined for five months.

Poitras missed the Bruins' previous game before the All-Star break due to the injury and did practice in full on Sunday, but the team and Poitras have opted for surgery to repair his injured shoulder, bringing a premature end to his rookie season. The 19-year-old rookie left the Bruins briefly in December to attend this year's World Jr Tournament and has made a solid impact in his rookie season with five goals and 15 points in 33 games played.

Matthew Poitras
Mrazek will start against the Wild on Wednesday.

Mrazek will continue his reign over the Blackhawks crease on Wednesday, starting for the third straight game. The Czech netminder has played exceptionally lately but has failed to receive any goal support from his teammates. In Mrazek's last three starts (0-3-0), he has allowed two goals or fewer in each game, posting an excellent .946 SV%, but the Blackhawks have been outscored 6-0 in that time. The Blackhawks enter Wednesday's matchup against the Minnesota Wild as +180 home underdogs.

Petr Mrazek
Sergachev left Wednesday's game in New York with a lower-body injury and will not return.

Sergachev was taken off the ice on a stretcher after following awkwardly on his lower leg in the second period of Wednesday's game against the Rangers. We should receive an update on the injury and a potential timeline for his return in the coming days.

Mikhail Sergachev
Vasilevskiy will start in New York on Wednesday.

Tampa Bay returns to the ice from the All-Star break on Wednesday and will turn to Vasilevskiy between the pipes for his fifth straight start. The 29-year-old Vasilevskiy has won seven of his last eight and three in a row, his most consistent stretch of wins this season. Despite the victories, Vasilevskiy has been unsensational, allowing three goals in each of his last three games and posting a pedestrian .882 SV%. The Lightning are +112 road underdogs on Wednesday against the New York Rangers.

Andrei Vasilevskiy
Lundkvist will be a healthy scratch on Wednesday in Toronto.

Lundkvist has essentially been a staple on the Stars' back end all season but will head to the press box Wednesday as a healthy scratch for the second half of their back-to-back road trip games. The 23-year-old defenseman just played his 100th career game with Dallas and has been enjoying a productive third career season with two goals, 14 points, 56 SOG, and +6 plus/minus in 40 games this year.

Nils Lundkvist
Smith will be a healthy scratch Wednesday in Toronto.

Smith has played in all but four games for Dallas in 2023-24 but will head to the press box as a healthy scratch Wednesday as he is replaced by Ty Dellandrea vs. Toronto. The 34-year-old has been a solid offensive contributor on Dallas' fourth line this season with four goals, 10 points, 73 SOG, 23 PIMs and a +4 plus/minus in 46 games.
