Curtis Douglas will be a healthy scratch on Thursday, allowing Hoglander to re-enter the lineup. The 25-year-old Hoglander is averaging 11:34 time-on-ice and has three points (1G / 2A) in 28 games this season.

Nils Hoglander will draw back into Vancouver's lineup on Thursday, resulting in Douglas being a healthy scratch. The 26-year-old Dougal is averaging 9:00 time-on-ice and has a -4 plus/minus in five games with the Canucks.

Tanev has only played once in the last four weeks, but he will re-enter the lineup on Thursday against the Washington Capitals. The 34-year-old Tanev is averaging 9:22 time-on-ice and has just two assists in 46 games this season.

Hayton was limited to only 17 seconds of time-on-ice in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Edmonton Oilers, exiting the game with an upper-body injury. The recently recalled Danil But is expected to fill in as Hayton's replacement. The 25-year-old Hayton has 25 points (10G / 15A) in 67 games this season.

With Barrett Hayton (upper body) out of the lineup, But will draw back in for the first time since late January. But had a prolonged stint with Utah earlier this season, making his NHL debut and scoring seven points (3G / 4A) in 28 games. John Beecher will draw back into Calgary's lineup on Thursday, sending Lomberg to the sidelines as a healthy scratch. The 31-year-old Lomberg is averaging 9:03 time-on-ice an has nine points (4G / 5A) in 57 games this season.
