Trouba was averaging 21:16 TOI in his first eight games and is expected to see the same workload when he gets back up to speed. He has a lot of offensive upside and is worth waiver consideration, especially in keeper leagues.
This is positive news for the Wild and Harding owners. He was unable to put nearly any weight on his leg as he was helped down the tunnel on Saturday. Monitor his status tomorrow.
"I just texted him and he seems to be doing just fine," head coach Mike Babcock said before faceoff at the First Niagara Center. "So well see if he's available the next game." That Red Wings next game is Wednesday against the Boston Bruins at Joe Louis Arena.

The Ducks have recalled Nolan Yonkman and placed Sbisa on IR.
Fasth continues to have a rough season, suffering his second multi-week injury in less than two months. With Fasth out Frederik Andsersen was recalled and will resume his time-share with Jonas Hiller.
Handzus will be back on the ice with the Blackhawks this week but is questionable for tomorrow's contest with the Oilers. If he does not return tomorrow, his next opportunity to return would be Wednesday vs. Calgary. Brandon Pirri posted 11 points in 19 games on the Blackhawks second line, so it is uncertain where Hanzus will slot into the lineup.
Penguins head coach Dan Bylsma said that Bennett's injury is more than day-to-day. It remains an undisclosed injury, but we should get a more detailed report in the new week. In his absence Matt D'Agostini rejoins the lineup.

The extent of Hanzal's injury is not known at this time, but any time he misses will be a big loss for the Coyotes. Hanzal is tied for the team lead in points with 19 (7G / 12A) through 20 games. Monitor his status prior to tomorrow's game vs. Nashville.
Bertuzzi missed Saturday's contest vs. Ottawa and did not travel with the team to Buffalo. Bertuzzi was skating on a line with Pavel Datsyuk, who is also out tonight so the Red Wings will be without two member of their top-6 when they take on the Sabres. Consider him questionable for Wednesday.

Alfredsson has missed five games with a pulled groin.
Backstrom who resumed practicing with the team on Friday has already been cleared to return to a back-up role today vs. the Jets. He was concussed on a Nazem Kadri hit 10 days ago. Backstrom has a 3.29 GAA and .874 SV% which fails in comparison to Josh Harding's 1.48 and .939. Barring any injury or until Harding stumbles, Backstrom has clearly taken a back seat to Harding.
Carter is still considered to be a few days away from returning and will likely need to participate in a few more practices before he plays. If he is unexpectedly activated off of IR and plays tonight, we will update.

While the minimum amount of time spent on the injured reserve list is seven calendar days, there is no maximum amount of time that a player can be placed on the injured reserve list.
