It is even more interesting because the game is vs. Edmonton, a team who is believed to be interested in Subban and a team with players like Jordan Eberle, who the Bruins are very interested in.

Kindl has not played since December 27th because of an elbow injury. He will play a few games with the Griffins before returning to the Red Wings and likely replacing Alexey Marchenko on the blue line.

O’Brien, 31, has played in four games with Florida this season, registering one assist. With a suspension looming for Dmitry Kulikov and Willie Mitchell still out, O’Brien has been recalled to fill-in for the time being.
