Lightning GM Brian Lawton announced that Mike Smith has fully recovered from his post concussion symptoms and will be ready for training camp.  Smith missed the last 32 games of last season with headaches, stiffness in the neck, and vision issues.  In what was to be his first full season as a number one keeper, Smith showed signs of brilliance posting an impressive .916 save percentage in 41 appearances.  The Lightning added Antero Nittymaki this offseason to backup Smith.
