The New York Rangers won the NHL Draft lottery and hold the No.1 overall pick and the right to select consensus first-overall pick Alexis Lafreniรจre. This could also be a franchise-altering night for the Ottawa Senators, who own the No.3, No.5 and No.28 overall picks in the first round.
