Daily Fantasy Hockey Notebook 📒 — 11/15/18
Whether you spend your entire day at work or school, it can be difficult to stay on top of all NHL news. That’s why I have created the Daily Fantasy Notebook, so you can catch up on everything you might have missed throughout the day.
The notebook will be released everyday after teams wrap up their morning skate. It will include a number of things: Injury updates, projected lines, goalie rankings and DFS value picks.
Key Injuries/Lineup Changes
IN
- – James van Riemsdyk (lower-body) will return after a 16-game absence.
- – Sidney Crosby is day-to-day with an upper-body injury; could miss one week.
- – Mats Zuccarello (groin) is expected to return after a three-game absence.
- – Adam Pelech will be back in the Islanders lineup vs. the Rangers.
- – Xavier Ouellet will be back in the Canadiens lineup after being a healthy scratch for two-games.
- – Calle Jarnkrok (lower-body) will return after a three-game absence.
- – Austin Watson has served his 18-game suspension and will make his season debut on Thursday.
- – Dan Hamhuis (undisclosed) has been activated from IR and will play for the first time in nine games.
GAMETIME DECISION
- – Zach Parise (illness) will be a game-time decision.
OUT
- – Andrei Vaslievskiy has been placed on IR; heading to Tampa Bay to be re-evaluated.
- – Anton Stralman (upper-body) is expected to miss his third straight game.
- – Nico Hischier (upper-body) will miss his second straight game.
- – Sergei Bobrovsky will not play Thursday due to an illness.
- – Artemi Panarin will not play Thursday due to an illness.
- – Casey Cizikas will miss 2-3 weeks with a lower-body injury.
- – Andrew Ladd has been placed on IR with a lower-body injury.
- – Matt Martin has been placed on IR with an upper-body injury.
- – Mike Reilly will be a healthy scratch.
- – P.K. Subban was placed on IR and will miss at least the next three games.
- – Viktor Arvidsson will miss 6-8 weeks with a broken thumb.
- – Jakob Chychrun is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
- – Tomas Hertl (lower-body) is day-to-day and won’t play vs. Toronto.
