Tyler Yaremchuk: We got a couple of plays tonight courtesy of our friends over at Betano. The game starts now with Betano.ca, and let’s jump into it. Let’s start with a Moneyline underdog bet, it’s the Columbus Blue Jackets at +180, the Penguins’ morale will be down tonight, and they are in Columbus on the road as well, and I think they’re going to just be looking forward to getting back on the plane and heading home. Columbus is a young team, I don’t think their management wants to see them win, but I think +180 is a nice spot for a game that neither team have anything to play for, so I’ll take the road dogs.
I do have a couple of plays as well tonight; in the West, I’m calling this the “they have something on the line parlay” It’s the Dallas Stars at -238 on the Moneyline and the Edmonton Oilers at -182 on the Puckline. I think both sides take care of business as they try to take the top spot in their respective divisions. You play these two together, and it’s +120, which I like that value.
My second prop is a shot prop parlay that starts with Rangers forward Pavel Buchnevich. He’s hit this mark in four of his last five games, and the line is only set at 1.5. Also, looking at Flyers’ forward Joel Farabee, this line is set at 2.5, and he’s had 11 shots in his last two games. That’s a lot. That’s averaging 5.5 shots; I can do that math quickly. I like taking Farabee at over 1.5, and if you play these two together, it’s +159.
